They had the model vehicle I wanted so that's why I chose them. If I had to do it over again I would have gone elsewhere. It was the haggling over the price that really turned me off. The service department really made me upset. They charge astronomical fees for basic services.... seriously go else where for your oil changes! The mechanics and customer service reps don't communicate and I always have to call THEM to find out the status of my vehicle. I was not happy with the way they treated my car or my family. It took way too long for them to complete a repair and made a bad situation worse by not communicating with me. The turnover rate for the staff is very high. Every few months it seems there's a whole new staff! More

Most incompetent staff ever! Bought a vehicle from the dealership a while back. The sale went fine and my vehicle was running OK for a while. Took it in for it scheduled maintena Bought a vehicle from the dealership a while back. The sale went fine and my vehicle was running OK for a while. Took it in for it scheduled maintenance and oil changes and had some hiccups with the transmission but it was covered under warranty. Then one day my vehicle needed a major overhaul while under warranty and it took forever (more than 2months) to get repaired. This place would not have done anything and would have left my vehicle to sit for ages had I not complained. The mechanics show no interest in solving their customer’s problems. Auto maintenance is obviously a huge cash cow for them and that’s all they care about. No way would I ever go near this dealership again and as soon as my vehicle’s warranty is up I am selling it! More
