By far one of the best dealerships I have worked with. Sherman is completely top notch! He demonstrated not only his knowledge of the Porsche brand of vehicles but he took the time to listen “and” under Sherman is completely top notch! Sherman was very professional and his up beat personality made it very easy to work with him. He had a flawless approach through the process and remained very transparent through every step, all of which I appreciate. The Finance and onboarding team were just as pleasant and easy to work with. Overall, Porsche Riverside had demonstrated a level of professionalism and ease of doing business that I have never seen from other dealerships. Thus making it worth the 377miles (I’m located in the SF Bay Area) distance worth it. More

He listens and showed genuine interest in me and my whole family. He’s fun, interesting and has a lot of great stories to tell which was helpful in the buying/decision process. My family and I live in San Diego. This was our first Porsche purchase but for the next one we will not hesitate to again drive the distance to Riverside to work with John…and the whole crew there at Riverside Porsche was so helpful and friendly - they have a great process to make the buying experience memorable. Charlie Nguyen of Porsche Riverside provides exceptional knowledge of the Porsche line up of vehicles. I was looking specifically for the Taycan which is Porsche’s all electric vehicle. Charlie discussed th knowledge of the Porsche line up of vehicles. I was looking specifically for the Taycan which is Porsche’s all electric vehicle. Charlie discussed the performance aspect of the vehicle in great detail and I was impressed on how you can configure the car to meet your specific requirements. Meaning if you want to ultimate performance it is at the touch of your fingertips or looking for comfort ride it is at your fingertips. What sold me on Porsche Riverside was Charlie Nguyen as he truly provided the customer care/assurance that many dealers gloss over as they focus on sale sale sale! Charlie was patient and never rushed my wife or myself into a decision. With all said we ended up buying two (2) cars from Porsche Riverside the Taycan and the Maycan! In closing the entire staff at Porsche Riverside are attentive and ready to help to get any questions that you may have whether it is the history of Porsche or the vehicle itself they will get your questions answered! We are 100% satisfied! More
