Before we went to Adam we were also communicating with a different Subaru dealership in another location and Adam was very honest when asking him questions and in any moment we felt he was pressuring us. compared with the other dealership person, Adam was the best, he called us many times with direct answers (not going around) and never felt he was pushing us. Once we were there looking at cars he was very helpful and informative. No pressure again, he just wanted us to choose the best car for our needs. I would recommend Adam to anyone! His Manager, Charles Williams was very helpful as well. More

Airbag Replacement-New Car Purchase I went to have the airbag replaced in my 2008 Outback and while I was there, I asked Adam a few questions about the 2017 Outbacks. He answered all my questions and asked if I would like to drive a loaner while my car was being worked on. Needless to say, the experience was a good one as we went back the next day and bought two vehicles, a new Outback and also a WRX. Adam was very thorough, and everyone we met the dealership was professional. From the service check in team and Alyssa, to meeting and working with Adam/sales, to the finance manager (can't remember his name), everything went very smoothly. We are very pleased with our experience at the dealership and our new vehicles. Thanks to everyone. More
