Tom was very helpful in answering my questions on the telephone and was so personable; he never pressured me or pushed me out of my comfort zone, I had to come in and meet him. I knew the moment I spoke with him, that I was going to buy a car if he was involved. He assured me that he would set me up with an experienced and wonderful sales rep and well, - mission accomplished....He handed me over to Abdou, and boy did Abdou work hard to get me in the car that best suited me and was in my price range. Total professionalism - but with that sort of feeling that you are family....! Thank you Tom and Abdou!! My dynamic duo! More

First the sales advisor Abdou Mehreb was very professional, friendly and honest throughout the whole process. He also was a resource with any question or issue I had concerning the car even after I took possession of the car. Throughout the lease, service was always done in a timely fashion and the work was good. They almost always found a way to accommodate even when I walked in. Some of the guys go the extra mile making sure that they check wiper fluid or else even if you drive in for tire pressure. To top it all, at end of lease review I got to work with Kevin Bugbee who was very friendly (smiles go a long way) and made the whole process a pleasurable experience (despite the snow storm) I would definitely recommend this dealership and Abdou (for buying advice), he'll definitely take good care of you. More

The Sales Manager wasn't behind a closed door having a secret conversation with a Sales Rep. Jason and Abdu both spoke with me directly about all of the details; they accommodated my desire to test drive on multiple occasions before confirming my decision to move forward with the purchase. And they were very patient with me as I asked a bunch of detailed questions! I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to drive off with the utmost confidence that they bought the right car, for the right price and were treated with respect while doing so. More

This was my first time to a BMW dealer, and I was totally impressed by the way I was treated. Abdou was never pushy, but very thorough in explaining all my options and helped me make the decision to buy, which was my first choice, but wanted more information. He really did figure out what car would be a match for my needs and did not push for something I didn't want or need. I was impressed by a company that would have such intelligent and talented employees. It made me feel good about the whole place and helped me understand that this was a great investment. The help I have received on the service end has also been excellent. Abdou was someone I could tell would be great at any job he did, so that made me even happier to have him assisting me. More

Had to bring my 2004 325xi in for repair as she was getting old. Nick Mitrano was my service adviser and kept me in the loop from diagnostics to repair and pick-up. I later decided to lease a new vehicle and worked with Abdou Merheb as my sales adviser. Abdou was very accessible and talked my wife and me through all our options. He was exceptional in finding us exactly what we wanted in our new car. Abdou was extremely easy to deal with and to say that we enjoyed our sales experience with him would be an understatement. I worked with Abdou on leasing my new 3 Series BMW and Kevin Bugbee on returning my X6. I have to say these two guys are a class act. Truly. Abdou is such a gentleman. And trust me, I'm not the easiest Kevin Bugbee on returning my X6. I have to say these two guys are a class act. Truly. Abdou is such a gentleman. And trust me, I'm not the easiest client to have. I must of changed my mind about features and cars 6 times. He even had a car shipped here from NJ so I can test drive it - at no cost to me. Kevin was a pleasure to work with on my lease-end. He couldn't have made the process any easier and he cut me some slack for the dings and scratches on my car. He also went out of his way to investigate my SafeLease contract and make sure I'm covered for the damages. Overall, a great experience at Herb Chambers BMW because of these two guys. More
