Awesome service. They found me a car that I both wanted and could afford within hours of initially making contact. They even drove the paperwork and vehicle over to my house. Im am however grateful in finding that the service and professionalism that I have found at the Subaru of Spokane Dealership to be something that all dealerships should take as an example to build on. My buying experience from start to finish with Subaru of Spokane has without a doubt been the most stress free, non eventful, direct, no nonsense auto buying experience we have ever had. Not only was the professionalism present during all phases of business here, the price for my purchase was competitive with LOCAL dealerships as well. Dollar vs Bell & whistles, all would say maybe even better than Local. We dealt with Aaron Hauer as the Sales Rep. for Subaru of Spokane and just wanted to note that the positive experience that we got from this dealership I would have to say was in direct relationship for the start to finish business practices that this person put forth in portraying honesty and good solid business practices. I would highly recommend that anyone within a reasonable driving distance and looking for a Subaru, shop around, then go visit or give them a call at this dealership and experience the difference. Our vehicle of choice was a 2013 Forester, their were several options that we wanted installed that were not on the vehicle we chose , a 2.5x, what I want to comment on is that all these options, fog light kit, undercoating, all weather package was installed ON TIME, and without any problems. So I would have to say that from sales to service this dealership is in my opinion, going to keep my business. More

I had a great experience with this dealership from the moment I called just to ask a question to the moment I went and bought my new car. Aaron was able to tell me everything I would need to no about my car and about the dealership in general. He was extremely helpful with all of my questions. He even took the time to walk me around the dealership and introduce me to everyone in the service department and parts department just in-case I ever needed help from any of them. Mary in the finance department was able to take care of everything quickly and find me the best rate available and it was still in my price range. They were all there to help me and make sure that I was taken care of the way that they would want to be taken care of making it the best experience I could have asked for. Thank you to all of you at Subaru of Spokane you are the best! I will be recommending you guys to all of my friends looking for a new/used car. More
