Keith was great! We had to ask them to wear masks. They overcharged us by $1490. They added a warranty to our contract without asking us. There is a $400 admin fee that the law says they can add so they d overcharged us by $1490. They added a warranty to our contract without asking us. I always thought buying a car was a stressful experience but needless to say that was not the case at BCP! Keith was so helpful and even took time after the dealer closed to show me all the features my new but needless to say that was not the case at BCP! First time car buyer here and Keith Ezykowich made the experience pretty enjoyable for me. I know car buying isn’t usually enjoyable till the end but not with Keith.
