Hello, my name is AJ Castin, Business Manager for Germain Toyota of Columbus. I entered the automotive industry in 2014 joining the Germain team in November of 2016. I dedicated to providing our guests a quality experience with my “customer first guarantee” philosophy. Born and raised in Pickerington, OH I graduated from Pickerington Central High School. I love the fact that Football is BIG in the Columbus area. When I’m not working I enjoy relaxing, being outdoors, watching football, and riding motorcycles. If I were to be a superhero, it would have to be the Hulk, he can be normal and a destroyer all at the same time. My favorite vacation getaway is Florida, I have a lot of family there and I and I can relax and kick back listening to my favorite song Fix by Chris Lane. I also am very mechanically inclined so I find myself getting into certain items the interest me. My favorite Toyota is the Tacoma, there are unlimited things you can do with them.

new car purchase I had talked with AJ Castin on the phone with the car and options I wanted. He asked if my husband and I could come in to discuss details of their lea I had talked with AJ Castin on the phone with the car and options I wanted. He asked if my husband and I could come in to discuss details of their leasing program. He knew what car We were interested in, even the color we wanted. Appointment was made for 1000. He was there and greeted us at the door. Welcomed us to the dealership and offered to get us coffee. He then took us to a well lit area where there were two cars side by side, same color but different trim levels. They looked so much alike and he explained to us the difference in each. Very knowledgeable about the cars and we proceeded to a test drive. On our return to the dealership he explained all the financing details. At no time did we feel pressured about our selection. We had planned to visit two ther dealerships but after our experience with AJ we had no reason to look further. Have bought five cars with Germaine and knew the Rave4 was the best choice. If anyone is looking for a new Toyota, visit Germaine and work with AJ. You won,t be sorry More

New car purchase after service I took my 2010 Yaris in for routine service & while waiting I spoke to Austin Castin about the new 2017 Toyotas & discussed what I was looking for. I took my 2010 Yaris in for routine service & while waiting I spoke to Austin Castin about the new 2017 Toyotas & discussed what I was looking for. Being a small elderly person I had trouble with being able to see over the dashboard. He showed me the 2017 Yaris ia & after test driving we agreed it was the best purchase for me. He did not try to convince me to upgrade when he understood my concerns which I appreciated especially since I really didnt need a new car. If he had been pushy I would have walked away. Demetrius Davis helped with the title & offered services if I were interested in them. I would recommend these people & dealership. More

A fantastic easy buying experience I had a great experience at Germain Toyota. I Love my car that I leased from them. Highly Recommend! Great Customer Service! I highly recommend visiting Germain Toyota if you are in the market for a new vehicle! I wasn't exactly sure what vehicle I wanted - and AJ was super I highly recommend visiting Germain Toyota if you are in the market for a new vehicle! I wasn't exactly sure what vehicle I wanted - and AJ was super helpful in helping me narrow down my decision. He provided me with useful information on each vehicle and was patient with me while I weighed all that each vehicle had to offer! I ended up with a Highlander SE and I am loving it. Rich Newsome was also super helpful and answered any questions that I had! I am confident that my husband will be visiting Germain Toyota once his lease is up as well. The customer service we received was top notch! More
