Michael Queen is shady he tried to make me spend $1,300. 00 more than I had to spend to fix my car, he lies about repairs needed. Thank god I have mechanic friends to guide me. Work was performed and billed that was not necessary. I bought a $90 --3 pack oil change from them and got exactly one oil change for that and supplied my own synthetic oil. When I went to get my next oil change they said I didn't have the plan anymore be exactly one oil change for that and supplied my own synthetic oil. When I went to get my next oil change they said I didn't have the plan anymore because I had traded trucks and the package was vehicle specific. No apologies--just tough luck. Never again--I will go anywhere else. I guess they figure $90 for an oil change is about right More

They Always manage to fit me in, car always leaves better than it arrived! I bought my 2016 Ram PU from LHM in 2016 and got the best deal I could get anywhere on the West coast/SW and have continued to take my truck in for regular servicing. They usually have a great deal for maint deal I could get anywhere on the West coast/SW and have continued to take my truck in for regular servicing. They usually have a great deal for maintenance packages to choose from and I have taken advantage of these since purchase. The work I have had done is always perfect, they never try to sell me something I don't need, and get the work done in a reasonable time. This last oil change/maintenance check was done on 3/12 and all finished in less than an hour...including oil change, all points check, tire rotation and wash. Great work at a great price in a reasonable time. Their lobby is also very clean and accommodating with wi-fi, tables and comfortable chairs, plenty of space inside and outside...and even water and snacks. More
