Very Positive Experience - Eric & Tanis
My wife and I recently bought a 2017 Dodge Durango GT. Initially we spoke with Kevin the sales manager as my wife has known him for several years. In speaking with Kevin he stated that not only would he handle our request but would involve one of his top guys (Vin) to assist us as well.
I can't say enough about the both of them. They were super friendly, honest, and easily accessible. We felt very comfortable exchanging phone numbers and texting back and forth with all the million silly questions we had.
This was my first new vehicle and even more so my first specialty built factory order. Kevin and Vin made us feel very comfortable.
There was ZERO pressure or pushy sales techniques; and when we said that we needed more time to think about things they did not mind in the least! Thats the kind of customer service I like.
I could tell that both Kevin and Vin were committed to making this a great experience for the both of us. The vehicle came exactly as we wanted. The two young ladies (names unknown) that work at Dodge City did a tremendous job cleaning and prepping the Durango for us.
When it came time for payment and financing that process was handled by TL and Lianne. Again that process was smooth and painless.
We will continue to tell people about our great experience at Dodge City. Obviously we will be back.
Quick & Easy! - Brittany & Brynn
We came to the dealership to look at some vehicles and compare different brands/options etc., not expecting to purchase that day. Josh & Andrew were very helpful, and were able to let us check out and test drive several, one of which we both loved! Knowing that we weren't planning on purchasing that day, Andrew propositioned us with a great deal on the vehicle, which we then accepted and ended up buying the first day that we looked. He was not pushy, and we had a great experience. Then Melissa in Finance was awesome, and was able to call ahead for an insurance company to stay open a few minutes late so one of us could rush and license the vehicle so that we could drive it home that day! All in all it was a great experience, and I would purchase a vehicle from them again!
Friendly and Helpful - Dallas
Friendly and helpful staff at Knight Dodge. They were interested in our needs for a vehicle and were not pushy. Small table in the showroom for the kids to colour on and a TV to watch so we could discuss our purchase.

I did not purchase my Jeep here. After a terrible experience trying to get service in Regina where I had purchased it, Estevan Motors took my vehicle in and did an excellent job. I won't shop around next time I buy a vehicle. I will come here.

Shocked at our experience at Mainline Chrysler - MR497
We drove out from Saskatoon to look at the Jeep Grand Cherokee on Jan 6/16. Mike helped us and we were pretty much decided we would get one. Mike came up with a price which sounded good and was to include a CNH Employee Discount. We were asked to call them by 6:00pm that day. On our way back home, we decided to stop in at Auto Clearing to check their prices and within 5 min were offered a price $7500 cheaper (they were completely unaware of our pending deal with Rosetown), so by 5:45pm we called our salesman, Mike. He promised to check with his sales manager & call back the next morning. He called us next day with a matching price & we told him we were happy with that (even though the trade in price had now dropped from $6500 the previous day to $3500(apparently the guy that wanted it Wed didn't want it Thurs morning)! We were driving when the call came so we parked and called Mike back with our deposit and arranged to come to Rosetown after 3;00pm at which time the vehicle would be ready! A short time later the general manager called us to say another couple was in and wanted to test drive the same vehicle so my husband told him we had already made the deposit and were coming that afternoon to pick it up - we were baffled by the call!! Keegan said he'd call us back shortly but after 2 hrs. and us needing to make the 1 1/2 hr drive, we decided to call him. That was when he told us he had sold it to the other couple ...... UNBELIEVABLE!!! We were in a restaurant at the time and my daughter & I clearly heard the conversation - he spoke in a rude and demeaning tone and his reason was that those customers had been there and we weren't. I called Mike immediately to see if this was for real, and he was sick about it & frantically trying to find us another vehicle! Our Son (who purchased 2 new trucks from them in 2015) called Keegan for an explanation and was told we had been asked for a deposit the day before so they would hold it for 24 hrs. and we had declined! That was a lie - it wasn't even offered to us! Needless to say, the employees at CNH are being made aware of this and our son already moved to Auto clearing for service! It was a very disappointing experience but we are now the Happy Owners of a Jeep Grand Cherokee, thanks to the awesome staff at Auto Clearing, Saskatoon! We will drive out to Rosetown with a thank-you gift for Mike Kidd for his effort!! He did his best!
New Truck Purchase - RumbleBee
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Stayed after hours to facilitate our purchase. After looking through this review, we are wondering if we could have used a credit card for part or all of the purchase. Neither the sales consultant nor the business manager indicated or offered this option. A little disappointed. We found some damage on vehicle, (didn't see it the night we purchased) & let the sales consultant know the next morning. He was helpful & accommodating with immediately scheduling an appointment for repair. Very happy so far
Women Buy Vehicles - cadillac SRX
I thought I would pass on a little tidbit of information. I was very close to buying a 2016 Jeep Cherokee in March 2016. I did not appreciate the salesperson thinking that a woman would have no interest in the vehicle details besides the color and the radio station settings. In this day and age many woman are professionals that make major decisions in regards to purchases and can only expect the same treatment as the male gender in this area.
I purchased a 2016 Cadillac SRX as a cash deal. I was treated as an important buyer and all info was passed on to me not my husband that was along for the ride.
The time spent at your dealership to purchase a truck for my husband was three times as long as my experience purchasing a SUV at Wheaton Saskatoon. To much waiting!!!!!!

Have attempted to get my vehicle fixed by these folks several times and have never been satisfied with their service. Either they didn't fix the problem or they completely botched what they were suppose to fix. Very poor service from this service department.

Terrible after sales service. Easy to buy from but really had to keep after them to get the accessories that they had already been paid for installed. It was like they were hoping I would get frustrated and give up or forget. Very expensive on oil and filters as well. Almost double the price of neighbouring dealer for the same genuine Mopar items. Almost every accessory or service item they installed had to come back atleast a second time to get it done correctly.

Took my vehical in because there was a strange sound coming from it sounded like it was coming from the ac. They instead replaced some gaskets and charged me large sum$$$.
But they did not fix the problem that I took it there for. So I took it to another mechanic in Regina and they replaced a part in the ac was a minor fix and cost was reasonable. Without the attitude that I got from Howard. The reason people in Indian head go here is because of convenience but the overall service I got left me feeling like I should not trust them. Would rather take my vehicles to Regina from now on.

Very dishonest dealer, will do what ever it takes to rip you off. The service shop brakes more than they fix. I will never step foot on this lot again. This experience has tainted my view on buying new. All they care about is getting your money, once they do they treat you like you don't exist.
