I am trying to understand why this place didn't charge my 12V lead acid(?) battery on Jan.12,23'!?Chong Sun noted 364CCA...multi dtcs for battery voltage low; not explained to me so 🤔 😕. In addition, Chong noted low charge and suggested a battery maintainer or drive my vehicle more. "All electrical works just fine" was noted...so, does that mean he took out every fuse? Again, I am left without any explanation or description. Or do I conclude that there's no "parasitic drain" or something? Anyways, 14 days(2 wks) later on Jan 26,23' my truck wouldn't start! So, I spent hours researching about 12V batteries and how the electrical system works on my vehicle and I took out the battery this company replaced May 21'. The sticker on the Mopar Pro series 28(765CCA) is 09/19! They put a 20mo. old battery and so I am left thinking "I hope they maintain their batteries or is that just too old of a battery to even bother using!?" I left a message Jan 30th,23' to have them email me what amperage of battery maintainer they would put in and the name brand, etc., and 6 days later no response. I will wait another week. I feel that is a generous amount of time because that will be 12 workdays have gone by. It's baffling that the 12V battery was not charged up! My truck may have started if this had been done!? I am not a mechanic...however this seems to be common sense!? I could be wrong of course...but I am left frustrated, disappointed, dissatisfied, concerned, alarmed and upset at this experience. My truck was in the shop 14 days before it would not start! SMH More

Currently have a 2021 Jeep Cherokee Sport. Last winter and this winter leaves me stranded with a dead battery after leaving it plugged in for 3 days at -40 or colder. It becomes stone dead. They say this is normal yet last year I had a 2017 van sit for 2 months not plugged in and it started no issues. Everyone including mechanics not associated with jeep say this is not normal but the jeep dealers say it’s normal. I have to deal with it. To top it off I traded my 2019 jeep compass in cause the 4 wheel drive kept failing ( 3 times). The 3rd time getting it back the back end fell out 1/2 hour later. So I traded it in having to up my payments and locked in for more years. My only recourse possibly is to get a 3 party opinion in which could cost me thousands. I would never suggest jeeps. If you need a reliable and safe vehicle. More

Bought a brand new 4x4 ram truck. Dealer did not install the 4x4 badge on the tailgate. Truck supposed to have the 4x4 badge as per the model. Most recently my truck had an issue with the passenger heater and the Ram boxes weren't opening properly. After diagnosing, parts were ordered for the heater and the ram boxes were apparently due to the i heater and the Ram boxes weren't opening properly. After diagnosing, parts were ordered for the heater and the ram boxes were apparently due to the install of the tonneau cover at the purchase dealer. No problem, i contacted watrous. I brought the truck back to Auto Clearing when the parts arrived for the heater. Diagnosing was wrong and the part was on back order. So I told them I'm working from home, i don't need the truck so hold on to it. Saved them time from having to put the dash back together and them having to remove it again. After 1.5 weeks I did inform them i wanted my truck before easter weekend. Which they met. All total had my truck for two weeks waiting on the part and the correct install. However, I picked my truck up and was told there was a .4 hour charge of $75 when they inspected the ram boxes from the previous visit....almost 3 weeks previous. After having my truck for 2 weeks, saving them time of reinstallation and stripping it down again... two wrong diagnosis on the actual fix and being very easy to get along with considering I didn't "need" the truck i was disappointed to get dinged $75....its not about the cash, it's about how you take care of customers and that just didn't sit well with me... Due to social distancing the dealership doors were closed so I did contact the gm via phone again... full transparency in trying to give the dealership the opportunity and know about the issues. Also, my truck was fully detailed inside when I dropped it off. simply because of covid I wanted to ensure it was good for the dealership .... when I picked it up it looks like it was left outside on a dusty windy day/s with the windows open. Everything is covered in greasy garage dust.... While heater seems to work at high setting it sounds like a jet engine... two weeks and it's still not repaired. Previously there was a squeaking noise in the cab so I contacted Auto clearing. Left messages on monday, Tuesday and wednesday that week. The only time i got a returned call was after I had to speak with the General Manager about my disappointing experience. Service manager claimed he tried contacting me but I had no messages or missed calls. I would not recommend this dealership All fairness, I dealt with the auto body side previously... top notch service and would highly recommend the auto body repair shop, particularly the manager was great to deal with.
