Horrible service!! Brought my 2002 Ford Escape in for a problem with the key/ignition transponder. Was given a "service advisor " named Richard. Richard returned only one of my calls over the 3 weeks (!) the car was there and then simply abandoned the file and left it to one of his coworkers to try to figure out the repair. The service problem found other problems that made the car too expensive to repair (especially at their hourly rates). Trying to get my car removed from their completely overcrowded lot took 3 days and was extremely frustrating. Will absolutely never go back there. The entire experience was a nightmare.

This dealership is amazing. From sales to service you can not go wrong. I highly recommend giving this dealership a chance. Rented my Ford Escape and can't say enough good things from welcoming us into the dealership to the delivery and service of the vehicle. Definitely looking forward to a long-term relationship.

I ask for paint for my Fusion. I forgot it and called 3 months after. The man said they never received. Recalled 2 days after to cancel. The new man said they received and will check inventory to confirm and call me back. Never recalled... 3rd call i cancelled the order. 1 month later, I called to take appointment for service. I was put on hold for near 10 long minutes. After the service guy took 5 additional minutes to finally say that his computer was not working properly. He took my phone to call me back. Never call me until now.... I changed Ford dealer.
