Buying the car was amazing process they were respectful and everything, This was probably because they needed the commission and needed to meet their quota of selling cars. Then now the service group which the first couple of years was great but turned the complete opposite in the last year or so (2015-2017). They give estimation on how much the repair would be but at the end the bill would be way over happened quite often the last time was over 900$. This is not the only problem when we ask why, they bring up different things that was never requested. Total xxxxxxxx would never come back to buy a car or get a car serviced from them.

Very poor Dealership. Their salesmen are high pressure, and they don't care about you, only the sale.
I bought a New Lexus RX350 new there. The salesman forgot the one accessory I had ordered, the trunk liner, so I had to go back a week later to get it at my time and expense. (this was minor but still 1 hour round trip) as they didn't have it in stock naturally because he forgot to order it.
The car was prepped horribly. The steering wheel was not centered, it was straight pointing the top to 10:30...it should be pointing to 12!!! Also needed wheel alignment...so much for PDI payment going to actual prep work. (this pissed me off, they should have checked this!). I did get a great loaner of a Vezna, their service dept is top notch but I am rating the dealership not service here.
On top of the above steering issue, the passenger seat leather had water damage on it that was not visible at night time when I saw the car or in their underground parking lot when I picked it up.
Luckily Julien, their service manager, fixed both issues, he was great, the rest of the dealership sucks. I would use their service dept anytime, ask for Julien he's amazing.
Also, when they sold me the car they filled out the tax forms incorrectly. Instead of redoing them, they told me to go to their local Lachine SAAQ and ask for some girl there who knows them and tell her they would fix it on Monday. My problem was I told them I had to change a class on my license and they insisted the Lachine SAAQ was full service and they would do that there at the same time. Needless to say it isn't and I wasted an afternoon going to this franchise SAAQ and waiting in line on a Saturday only to have to go to a full service SAAQ on Monday...another day wasted all because they couldn't fill out the paperwork correctly or be bothered to redo it.
Lastly, my car was stolen recently, so the insurance company calls them to get replacement value. Seems simple enough...but these guys quote a fake price to win the bid, all the while deducting a manufacturers promotion for inaplicable cash discount from an inaplicable month! They also reduce the starting MSRP by the Dealership fees of $295 with the intent of adding it back at signing.
So now I have to explain why their quote is fake to the insurance company delaying my settlement!
Any way they can screw with a single person they did. I wish I knew this before walking into their dealership...I would have run away. Stay away from Spinelli Lexus Lachine for a purchase, but do use them as a service department, that's my advice.
