Arrogance and Unpleasant Buying Experience - JeepLady
I was ready to buy a car (Chrysler 300 S) when I entered the showroom.
The salesman and the director came back with the best offer being 1,500$ less than the asking price of a 47,000$ car. The were seriously saying that no one would be able to do better. They were laughing at me and seriously believe that I would bite. I left angry when I realized they were just plainly arrogant.
Later, when I entered Orleans Dodge, they took 2,000$ right away for the asking price and they told me that we could start dealing now...yeah,seriously....These guys don't believe their customer to be stupid and uninformed. They respect people. Just to get confirmation that the deal was the best, I continued shopping and finally bought a slightly different car at Ottawa Dodge due to an amazing deal. But I would go back to Orleans anytime. Kolbec will never see my face again.
Also, my girlfriend just bought a Jeep from SouthBank Dodge and the experience was amazing!
Therefore, I recommend either one of these (instead of Kolbec):
Southbank Dodge, Metro Orleans Dodge or Ottawa Dodge

I'm a client since 1994 and I"ve had 3 cars serviced there over those years. 1st I had been complaining for over a year that there was a knocking sound from my wheel. After having requested at 3 different service maintenance visits to have it verified and being told there is nothing wrong. I took it to another very reputable mechanic for a second opinion. He told me it was the ball joint and I had it replaced and my 2007 Jeep that I bought @ Longue Pointe is running beautifully. When I had my car serviced I was still waiting for service for the following point #2. I thank the Lord I didn't have an accident because of it. I refused to bring my car back until they took care of my driveway. 2nd the last time I had had my Jeep serviced there they claimed it was a defective oil filter that was put in that caused the following problem. I don't know at this point. I don't know how an oil filter could be defective. Maybe it just wasn't screwed on properly. It is not a complicated part! I picked up my car following the service took it home and parked it on my brand new 30 000$ pave-uni driveway. The next day there is a pool of spilt engine oil on my new driveway. This is spring early summer 2014. They sent a car washer with one bottle of white liquid, he spilt it on it, that is it and left. Well after no results from them. I called last Friday and was rudely spoken to by the head of the service departement. He was pissed off that I called him on Friday his workers had left and he went on and on. I answered him that if he was not open for business why was he answering the phone and why he wasn't letting the customer talk and tell him what the customer since 1994 needs. Finally I had the opportunity to tell him that I have been waiting for over a year and I want my driveway cleaned by the following Friday Tomorrow August 14th, 2015. And I want it cleaned by a pro in pave uni. My husband has put 6 other bottles at our cost and the stains are still there. Today the same head of the service departement e-mails me back telling me some employee is not back from holidays and they can't do it tomorrow. This is a joke! He wants to send me his car washer again and since last Friday he only knows today tha he is only back next week. I asked him to send a professional who works with pave uni. These people don't know the meaning of service. Since '94 the service has declined a lot. The front line people who attend to you at the service counter attend to you well but their hands are tied. They are not the mechanics or the head of the service departement who takes the decisions. And obviously he doesn't care to give service especially when they have screwed up. 2 mauvaise expériences avec JD, la première l'achat d'un suzuki sx4 et nous avions donner un accompte pour un sx4 couleur blanc qui avait été réserver car il n'avait pas le modèle en stock mais aucun problème pour ce le procurer et mauvaise surprise une belle mentri, il avait été vendu par le concessionaire impossible d'en trouver un au Québec. J'en ai trouver un à longueil suzuki dans la meme journée, jai demander de me faire rembourser mon accompte j'ai eu tout les difficulter à la récupérer. Tout ça pour me convaicre de choisir un autre couleur. Ensuite hier j'ai été pour magasiner un jeep wrangler et peut etre leur donner une seconde chance et non j'ai jamais vue ça prendre leur client comme des cave. Il a essayer de me vendre un jeep demo au rpix plus elever qu'un neuf même que sont offre était plus élever que le prix afficher dans la fenêtre. Félicitation pour votre service POURRIE un certain Sylvain Langlois faite trèss attention!!!!!

Suite à une mauvaise expérience d'achat chez Joliette Dodge d'il y a 2 ans où j'ai fini par acheter mon Ram ailleurs, j'ai décidé de leur donner une 2e chance pour l'achat du challenger de ma conjointe. Rendez-vous oublié, voiture pour essai routier vendu plusieurs heures avant notre rendez-vous sans nous appeler pour remettre ça a plus tard, bref encore acheté ailleurs. En 2 ans ils ont perdus pour $100 000 de vente avec moi dû à la piètre qualité de leur service des ventes et leur manque de transparence. Concessionnaire à éviter à tout prix.
