Con artist to the max Bought my car in august, 2011 with full warranty that I paid $2700 CASH for. Engine blows up in early January. All receipts for all oil changes done before due AND upgraded oil because there dealership did not have the proper oil my car calls for. Now Sam refuses to answer. Stole my money and does not reply. As I can see he’s seen my texts (ISO) and I’ve called many times looking for an update. The man as no business sense to him & will now face criminal charges. DO NOT GO HERE.

The worse service center, Sean Pereira was the only person at the service who you could trust, now that Sean left the shop and without him, with the experience with them, I would not trust them. They are just dishonest and tamper with your car to grab your money. I really don't trust them to take my car to this shop anymore, I had an extremely awful experience with the Rouge valley and specifically Robert Tang last year, if it wasn’t because of Sean Pereira interference, my car could be have been destroyed On Oct 2, 2023, I called for routine oil change; the representative (Robert Tang) informed me that since the management had been changed; they don’t honor the 10 year free oil change anymore without spending $75, the 10 year free oil change is indicated it clearly on my point of sale and Robert Tang got a copy of it last year.

I have been a customer of this dealership when it was called Yonge North Mitsubishi for 10 years servicing there at least 3 Mitsubishi cars at a time. I have swapped and stored wheels there for 10 years until...they have claimed that I did not leave my wheels in storage with them and now I am forced to fight to get back the all weather wheels for my family's 3 cars. The dealership has rejected my claim immediately without investigating properly what has happened and treated me very badly. I did not expect this after being a loyal customer of the dealer for over 10 years. If I have to buy new original wheels that is going to cost me $ 15,000 or $ 7 to 8,000 if I settle for non original equipment. My mistake has been that I trusted my dealer too much and did not notice that the invoices did not exactly describe the job done. My whole family is devastated by the way we have been treated and will never service our cars there again. They should realize that wit their behavior they have lost a few thousand dollars revenue per year from my 3 cars.

Finally a car dealer you can trust! Our Audi Q5 runs like new! My dad was a used car dealer, so I believe I know a thing or two. These guys don't waste your time trying to impress you with their coffee machine. He listened to what we needed and gave us a great deal compared to others in the area. He was honest about the differences between cars he had and steered us to what was best for us, (not necessarily what was best for him). He even installed brand new brakes. I waited a couple months to post this review, to make sure the car was as good as he said. The Audi dealer and our old mechanic both say this car is in great condition. Royalty was friendly and helpful, offering to assist us long after the purchase. For my next car, I'm going to Royalty first.

I happened to mention that I wasn't as in love with my SUV as I thought I would be and that I wanted to go back to a truck. Nigel knew that I wasn't actively looking but happened to find a truck with every option on my long list, and even on sale. There was no pressure to buy, and he was more than patient with all my questions. The truck I purchased was brand new and needed an accessory swapped out and Nigel made sure this happened quickly. He even delivered the truck to me when I couldn't make it there during their regular hours. I had a small issue with my truck several months later and he assured me that the amazing team at the dealership would take care of it, even though he had moved over to one of their other companies. AJ stayed late to set me up with a loaner truck and put my truck into their garage for the night. He called me the next day to keep me up to date on what was happening and was fantastic to deal with. Darryl fixed the window quickly and even took a look at a separate scratch he had repaired for me to make sure it was still ok! A Great group of people from sales to service is what sets this group of dealerships apart from the others. I'll be sure to seek out Nigel when looking for a second vehicle.
