It’s hit or miss here for what kind of service you’re going to get. There are some really incredible staff who will go out of their way to do what they need to for you as a customer, but there but there are also those present who don’t measure up to the expectations I’ve had. Customer service is not what it used to be, and it’s disappointing to know that complaints fall on deaf, ears and resolutions are not offered. I love my vehicle, but when the warranty runs out, I will never bring it back for service. this week I was sent out after having brake service with no reminders about retorquing my wheels, and a broken centre cap on one of my wheels that was fine when I arrived, but somehow broken when I left. The “tech“ claims he did not break it, but it arrived that way. The piece actually fell off my truck when I left the lot, and when I called to advise them, they simply told me it was broken when I got there, which it wasn’t, and a replacement part would be about $85. Even if it was broken as the tech claimed, why wouldn’t someone between working on my vehicle and sending me back on my way let me know that this piece was broken and quite literally falling off of my truck? I am left feeling very disappointed after this conversation.
