Upon learning that the vehicle did not have heated seats & steering wheel, I still proceeded with the purchase. However once I arrived at the Dealership from an 8 hr drive, I then noticed the truck did not & steering wheel, I still proceeded with the purchase. However once I arrived at the Dealership from an 8 hr drive, I then noticed the truck did not have the "Automatic 4 wd function", which was pictured in the vehicles ad. Since I already put a $1,000.00 down on the truck, I continued with the transaction, as I didn't want to lose my deposit. Needless to say I'm very disappointed with GM for advertising a vehicle with options that it didn't have. I feel that I seen one vehicle but received another. I think its called bait and switch. One other thing I feel was odd is the fact, that we were not offered a test drive, but rather to close the deal in a hurry to get us on our way. More

Hello. Our experience dealing with Sergio, our service advisor at Gus Brown was Stellar. Dealing with Sergio was amazing. We have had many interactions Our experience dealing with Sergio, our service advisor at Gus Brown was Stellar. Dealing with Sergio was amazing. We have had many interactions with different dealerships and there associates. Sergio has been a great man to deal with. Sergio does not make false promises, he deals and relays only facts as he can confirm. Our truck was down and at Gus Bowns for 39 Days, due to shortage of a part, from the Factory. Sergio arranged a replacement vehicle, that would suit our business, with no fuss or stress to us. Another aspect of Sergios professional service is that, We have never experienced someone who follows up with you as much.
