we had a sudden issue with our highlander while driving on the 401 near Cambridge. Cambridge Toyota took us right in, assessed our vehicle, no charge, and got us on our way very efficiently. The service staff were great - very helpful and professional.

AVOID THIS PLACE. Service manager lied to me about the services that were rendered. She didn't know my dash cam was active and caught everything. My vehicle ended up being extremely unsafe to drive because I had a loose wheel. Luckily, I decided to go to the Canadian Tire down the road immediately, otherwise it wouldn't have been caught. I paid an inspection fee and the mechanic couldn't even tell that I had a loose wheel. And when I called them about it, Amber (the manager) told me that my Jeep was never lifted off the ground. When I told her my dash cam was active and did in fact show that it was lifted, she immediately refunded me. How many other people have they lied to like this? How many other people's money did they wrongfully take? I could have killed someone or been killed myself, but the manager and service advisor tried to lie and gaslight me. I also recorded my conversation with her in which she lies to me several times. Please do yourselves a favour and AVOID GOING HERE. This place is full of snakes who will happily take your money and lie to your face.

They didn't find my car when it was towed in for 10 days even when I dro e in to tell them it was there Took another week for them to check it out. Finally due to the efforts of one service advisor they got it done. Very hard to connect with them once car is in the dealership.

Durham Mercedes are my go to dealership for all my 2019 GLA45 needs. Yes MB servicing isn’t cheap but your guaranteed good parts and service in my experience. Jak Kung Too care of my promptly my last visit replacing an OEM battery that lasted almost six years.

I wish I knew how terrible this dealer was before buying.. no longer have to deal with them, sold the piece of xxxx.

Whole place is crooked. Swindling people out of money. Lawsuit is coming, see you in court.. (Ford as a company has no credibility, produces low quality cars that break down. This dealership doesn't honor warranty of cars they sell. Moreover, there is a feeling this dealership in cahoots with warranty department at Ford Canada in denying repairs to cars under warranty. The judge in court will laugh at you.) People, stay away from this place in particular and Ford company in general.

Would never buy a car from the sales team here or have my car serviced. I am on my third Kia in a row and go to another city to buy and service my vehicles because of how bad the service is here. Sales team comes across sleazy with old school sales tactics - won’t properly discuss pricing, leave you sitting in the office for ages alone while they go to “see what they can do” with the sales manager, won’t let you take the negotiated price with you to shop around, pressure you, etc. Awful antiquated sales experience. Service department used to be better and now just doesn’t cut it. Don’t understand their own product, dismissive, act like you’re a burden, lack of urgency in answering calls or dealing with customers. Think this place needs new ownership to shake up the culture.
