Great service at counter but when I got home my skid plate was falling off for $130 oil change I would hope the tech can put the plastic clips back if it was my apprentice I would be dealing with this it is such a simple step to do but very inconvenient

I scheduled an appointment for oil change at 5:15 pm. At 6:30 pm I went to see if it was completed. I looked in service lane and my car was still sitting there. I asked to speak to manager, he never came to talk to me. Finally at 7:10 pm they took my car in for oil change. Received my car at 7:40 pm. 2 and a half hours to do an oil change plus leaving work early to make there last appointment time ( there words) will never recommend or go to Scarborough Mazda again. #xxxx service all the way from Manager to service tech, disgusting!
