As always the team at BMW Durham did everything perfectly. They squeezed me into their schedule despite not having a prior appointment as the vehicle began spewing blue smoke. I came in with the car on a flat bed and I was provided with a loaner. The next morning the problem was corrected, and despite my concerns as to how oil was getting into the combustion process, Bill found a PCV valve which was recalled and replaced it and I was on my way again within hours!

I moved our business to Pfaff Subaru because of the abysmally poor service that I was getting from my previous service provider. My 24 Solterra came in for annoying small problems and these were not fixed either by the original service provider or your tech during my first visit, no code or something, but on the next visit your service foreman listened to the alarm sounds and determined that the PDI, which I had a signed as completed copy, had not been done, he did the necessary and it has worked superbly ever since. However I brought my car in for its 16,000 service and was greeted by a message “Service Required” or similar when I picked up the car. This was promptly dealt with but that should not have passed inspection or whatever you do internally to ensure that all the work has been completed. I have brought my son’s Subaru to you because of the hope that you would do things better, but I hope there will be no repeats of work not completed or not checked.

I scheduled an appointment for oil change at 5:15 pm. At 6:30 pm I went to see if it was completed. I looked in service lane and my car was still sitting there. I asked to speak to manager, he never came to talk to me. Finally at 7:10 pm they took my car in for oil change. Received my car at 7:40 pm. 2 and a half hours to do an oil change plus leaving work early to make there last appointment time ( there words) will never recommend or go to Scarborough Mazda again. #xxxx service all the way from Manager to service tech, disgusting!

I have had excellent service Auto Lune Toyota . My car was bought in Kingston, Ontario and while other local Niagara dealerships were reluctant to service our two Toyotas,Auto Line has been excellent. I usually book through a service advisor because the only disappointment is the call centre who don’t seem to be able to book what I need. My most recent problem was with our RAV4, it was a problem with the infotainment system. I got an appointment within two days and it was fixed in two hours. Excellent service.
