Customer service with front desk was not the best experience. I only signed up for an oil change and the service rep was going to go ahead and do the other maintenance codes on my dash without my consent or approval.
I found out because I asked how long an oil changes takes and said it would take longer because other maintenance needs to be done. Other codes were tire rotation which I didn’t need since I swap winter tires and a rear differential fluid change.
When I rejected the service, the way the rep. communicated seemed more of a threat than helping me out. He had a tone indicating that a repair was $3k for brakes… like what? It’s for rear differential fluids not brakes. Idk, the rep needs better customer service skills.
I have had experience in the past where they gone ahead and did stuff without my consent. Before, I asked for a wiper blade insert replacement but did a blade replacement since its not an option so I paid a premium. They should have asked first because if it was not an option instead of proceeding in changing my blade.
