I tried Subaru in Kitchener I don't want to mention the name, they humiliate and show racism but Pfaff is awesome that's why even for 1 hour service I will drive more than 1 hour to Guelph.

My experience was limited to the service sector. Sandro in the service sector was awesome. He was very responsive, polite and efficient. I would return to dealership only because of him. Christina at the reception, on the other hand was rude and unhelpful. When an error in the paperwork was pointed out to her, she was rude and condescending. Sandro made sure the corrections were rectified.

I scheduled an appointment for oil change at 5:15 pm. At 6:30 pm I went to see if it was completed. I looked in service lane and my car was still sitting there. I asked to speak to manager, he never came to talk to me. Finally at 7:10 pm they took my car in for oil change. Received my car at 7:40 pm. 2 and a half hours to do an oil change plus leaving work early to make there last appointment time ( there words) will never recommend or go to Scarborough Mazda again. #xxxx service all the way from Manager to service tech, disgusting!
