But others’ one Star review hurts me a lot for sure they are not genuine or may be ….. Roy Foss offers the best sales and service in tiwn for which for the last two years I have applied for Salesperson too. I know Toyota Newmarket up to Porsche JP Downtown and Shahin the owner of DAG . Customers are like patients, GM like Surgeon and Roy Foss Thornhill like the best nursing team to support patients, as after sales means more than the sales itself. Thanks the management, Nick my salesman whom I purchased several cars from him from Camaros , Corvette for a friend, …..and now my Blazer with Jacky’s support. And Service the manager, David as an advisor and gorgeous Lauren to close the service. While waiting enjoy the best coffee in town.🙏

In a span of 4months i have already been there 3 times and the issue has still not be resolved. I was having issue with my front right tire when it was making a stuttering noise and first time they said it was fixed by just driving and nothing was found and they returned it after changing to winter tire. As soon as i went back on summer tire i found this problem again and went there where a clutch issue was found and by then the noise and stuttering for the right tire was too much. They change the clutch and said problem fixed. Just the next day of pick up i found the issue still hanging there with another one adding to it. I saw a tire buldge on the same side probably because of all those stuttering and tire facing damage. I was told that its not from that and probably i drove it over a pothole making it my mistake which was never the case. On top of that they always have an excuse of too much waiting time and are never able to start the service and usual wait time is 3-4 days. They are always short staff and they do not act quickly. I almost paid 200cad everytime i go to this place in uber for work since i do not get my car back. Not to mention the vehicle is brand new and its only been 8months where i started getting this issue and they were not able to diagnose it on time leading to other issues

I recently took my 2023 Palisade to Agincourt Hyundai to - Denis Pritchard

I recently took my 2023 Palisade to Agincourt Hyundai to have a cracked windshield replaced, I took my car there because generally a dealership is a trusted venue. This dealership, like all dealerships called in a third party to do the work, I was unaware that they did this. When I got my car back I instantly noticed a few things that were not done correctly. The top weather strip was "wavy" and in at least three places the strip was proud of the roof therefore creating a water trap. The Heads Up Display was tilted and out of focus, and could not be rectified by the adjustment settings. Glue was oozing out from the velour pillars on the inside of the car, the camera cowling cover was not fitted back properly nor could it be after they completed the work. I reported these facts to the service manager only for him to say that everything would "settle" into place, just give it time. I was not at all happy with this response and so I went to a reputable glass installer in my area, Richmond Hill Auto Glass. They told me that the windshield had been incorrectly installed, it was installed crookedly, it was the incorrect part number for this vehicle and they pointed out some other faults. I agreed to have the windshield re-done by Richmond Hill Auto Glass. When I returned to Agincourt Hyundai they agreed to have their glass installer do the job over again, I declined saying I had lost all faith in their installer, I asked for my deductible to be returned and they refused. I subsequently had the windshield replaced by Richmond Hill Auto Glass and wow what a difference. I could instantly see the top weatherstrip was absolutely installed perfectly, there was no visible glue oozing from the velour pillars inside the car, the camera cowling fitted perfectly and best of all the Heads Up Display was in focus and positioned correctly. The installer pointed out a number of other faults that they found that wouldn't have been noticeable unless the work was re-done, for example, the cowling around the wipers should have been removed in order to install the glass properly, instead the dealership's installer decided this was too much work and slid the windshield under the cowling, a shortcut of a few minutes. Richmond Hill Auto Glass said that whoever installed my windshield was a beginner and really did not know how to do the job properly, I was amazed at the difference in workmanship, Richmond Hill Auto Glass obviously know what they are doing and I would refer anyone who requires this sort of work done to them, you won't be disappointed. As for Agincourt Hyundai, I have lost complete trust in this dealership and will not be returning to them for future servicing of my Palisade.

I’m writing this review to warn other customers of the serious and documented misconduct I experienced at NewRoads Subaru Newmarket. During what was supposed to be a routine service appointment, a female service advisor Jesse Mueller entered my locked vehicle without my consent, sat inside, and began recording and loudly mocking the interior of my car. This wasn’t part of any diagnostic or service — it was pure disrespect, and I have the video to prove it. Later that same day, a manager from the dealership named Mo followed me off the dealership property and into a nearby public parking lot while threatening me verbally looking to fight me. As I was driving away, he picked up a rock, calmly walked toward my vehicle, and threw it at my car while I was still driving. The entire sequence is captured on phone + rear and front view dash cam. When I brought this to the attention of the General Manager, I was dismissed and told “What do you want me to do?” No apology, no accountability — just a refusal to address the actions of their own staff. Not long after that, a senior employee of Newroads Automotive, Ian Roy, contacted me and said — word for word — that if I didn’t drop my legal claim, he would notify Subaru Canada to nullify my warranty. This was a direct threat, and that call is fully recorded. This review isn’t about venting — it’s to warn other customers that these events actually happened and are now being addressed through formal legal action. The matter is currently before the courts. All of this is backed by evidence that includes dashcam + phone video, audio recordings, emails, and text messages. I never expected this level of unprofessionalism, and I strongly urge anyone considering this dealership to do their research and proceed with caution. This is not just a “bad service” story — this is a dealership that, in my experience, crossed multiple legal and ethical lines.

I can’t understand some of the negative reviews. I’ve been using this dealership for a while. Every time I have an issue they go way above to help solve it. Staff are all super friendly from sales to front desk and service or to the management. I’ve even met the owner who personally came and shook my hand after a vehicle purchase. Never have I had a negative experience because you can tell they are trained properly and only people who actually care are hired here.

Since 23 recommended a fluid consumption test when oil changed. I went in recently to have one done, as Sante fe burning oil since 80000, it now has 110000 . I service it as recommended by manufacturer. I use synthetic oil. The test cost about $540. When it was finished they said they couldn't find an issue. They took my money but can't find a problem. I got in touch with head office which stated that the dealership would get back to me, that was last week. Also, someone took a fifty dollar amazon card from the dash, broke the air deflector on the hood and put the fuse box cover on wrong, it fell on my foot while driving. I am disgusted and disappointed. I feel totally ripped off. Also, they uber you out but you get yourself back, at least that is my experience.

Visited Thornhill Hyundai for my second oil change and both time after the oil change I have oil leaks which has destroyed my drive way with oil stains. At the service department there is poster which says factory trained Hyundai technicians and Hyundai genuine parts designed and engineered specifically for your Hyundai . Now I am wondering how true is it when they can’t even do a oil change properly I don’t know weather it is the genuine part or trained technicians at fault.

Review: First Service Experience – Infiniti Q60 2025 The dealership sales department welcomed us ( my son-in-law and I leased two QX60) and their offer and manner were pretty good. This review is for service center. I brought in my car for its first service. The team was on time and completed the service within a reasonable timeframe—I had booked the first appointment slot of the day, which likely helped. However, after driving for a while, the “ENGINE OIL CHANGE DUE” message repeatedly appeared on the driver’s screen. I waited and then called to ask why it hadn’t been reset after the oil change. I was told to bring the car back so they could reset it. With my busy schedule, making another trip is frustrating and inconvenient. This should have been addressed during the initial service. In addition, I noticed a new, annoying noise coming from the driver's sliding seat. When I called to report it, I was told it was probably due to dirt and that the seat should be cleaned. While they reassured me that the issue could be fixed anytime under warranty, I felt this response was dismissive. This is not the level of care I expect from an Infiniti service center. Rather than properly addressing customer concerns, it felt like they were simply trying to pacify me. Based on my experience, I’ve become cautious about trusting this location and do not recommend it. Stay away from this location. Their service department is the worst I’ve ever encountered. Had a check up appointment on my new brand 2024 Toyota, and a change of winter tires. I’ve waited for 4 hours, no one got me one phone call for updates. Called four times, left messages as no one pick up the phone. When I finally picked up the car after 4 hours, I’ve noticed they reused the old muddy dirty plastic bags that I previously had on my summer tires to cover the winter tires. They xxxxed up my car interior. How cheap and crazy can you be to use the same muddy old plastic bags.? They supposedly to complimentary wash the car as well..my car looks as if someone spit on it. It’s stained and dirty. Also inside the car was smelling alcohol. Probably they drink as well. No one talked to me about anything that has been done to the car or to give me an assessment to the check up. They charged you and gives you xxxx. Don’t go to this Don Mills Toyota Dealership. I will never come back and will file a formal complaint. Horrible experience that will cost me extra money to clean the car. Stay away of this place.

Incompetent. I picked up my car and drove it 2 hours home. They call me the next day and ask me to bring it back, they left the security pod in there and needed it back. After some arguing because of the distance I was away from them I agreed to take it back in exchange for a free oil change. When it was time for the oil change, they told me that a car I bought from them wasn't in the system and they wouldn't honor the oil change. So this dealer cost me about 6 hours of my time and all I get is an empty gas tank.

I just picked my Honda Odyssey and I am dissatisfied with the poor quality of services received. In September 2023, I sent my vehicle to have my rear suspension to be fixed. This dealership told me that they cannot fix my vehicle because they cannot source a rear shock for my van. They charged me a diagnostic fee to tell me they cannot fix my vehicle. They recommended me to go see my local garage to get an after market part as it was my only option. Today a similar situation happened. I left my 2019 Honda Odyssey vehicle because water was leaking in the trunk and was creating a pool of water in the trunk. Turns out that the extended warranty does not cover weather seals. The dealership tells me that they are not sure it is the weather-strip that is the issue, but want to change it anyways to attempt to fix it. I was also charged for this diagnostic. I calmly asked to waive the fees and explained the whole story. When I Spoke with the manager Chris and requested if he could help me out, he told me " I cannot do anything for you and if you want me to release you your vehicle you need to pay the diagnostic fee". I am very dissatisfied with the poor level Customer service offered at this establishment. They charged me twice for diagnostics with no solutions while keeping my car hostage.
