After having my car for 4 weeks and GM not being able to resolve the issue, The dealer took a brand New 2025 Equinox EV off the lot and allowed me to drive that while they tried to figure out what was wrong with my car. I have never had a dealer go that far to ensure I was satisfied and felt that they cared about the problem I was having.

We service both of our vehicles at Oxford Dodge and could not be happier with the professionalism, competency and courtesy of the Service Dept. Both of our vehicles recently had recurring, persistent issues that were difficult to diagnose and fix. The Service Dept took the time to listen to our concerns and get it right - even if it took a few tries! There was no charge for the repeat diagnostic work and upgraded parts that were still under warranty.

Our buying experience was superb, with Murray Brown (now retired) always available for followup and the service people being polite, thorough, and caring. Purchase price is understandably high. We just finished the four year warranty period, so now the service will be more costly. The mechanics have taken videos of the vehicle's condition (e.g., brakes) which is always helpful. I wish Murray were still there, but the dealership is excellent.
