Came in for noise complaint. Gentleman told me it was my brake pads and rotors. I had it changed but the noise was still there. Then he told me it was my control arm but i already spent $1000 on something which wasn’t even the cause of the noise. Scammers

The technicians are clearly lazy and on more than one occasion have not fulfilled their duties. When they're asked to do a job they claim they cannot do it and then when you push back on them because you actually have knowledge on the car they can magically resolve the issues suddenly. Unacceptable. Nathan at the front desk is also super rude and will say some random xx to get you to pay and leave but you shouldn't have to pay for something if the job isn't done. John the service manager is pretty good though so I would recommend escalating the issue to him if you need to. Don't just pay when they try to sell you some xx or tell you that they can't fix something which you know is an easy fix.

I scheduled an appointment for oil change at 5:15 pm. At 6:30 pm I went to see if it was completed. I looked in service lane and my car was still sitting there. I asked to speak to manager, he never came to talk to me. Finally at 7:10 pm they took my car in for oil change. Received my car at 7:40 pm. 2 and a half hours to do an oil change plus leaving work early to make there last appointment time ( there words) will never recommend or go to Scarborough Mazda again. #xxxx service all the way from Manager to service tech, disgusting!

I have had excellent service Auto Lune Toyota . My car was bought in Kingston, Ontario and while other local Niagara dealerships were reluctant to service our two Toyotas,Auto Line has been excellent. I usually book through a service advisor because the only disappointment is the call centre who don’t seem to be able to book what I need. My most recent problem was with our RAV4, it was a problem with the infotainment system. I got an appointment within two days and it was fixed in two hours. Excellent service.
