I tried Subaru in Kitchener I don't want to mention the name, they humiliate and show racism but Pfaff is awesome that's why even for 1 hour service I will drive more than 1 hour to Guelph.

Dear Service Manager, Just wanted to mention the excellent service I received from Daine Wallace yesterday. It was my first visit to Halton Honda and I was in to get a replacement starter motor installed . I was warmly greeted by Daine, he ran through a few options and timeline for me. Yesterday I had tons of time sensitive stuff to deal with and Daine reassured me that the service would be performed before 5pm. He swiftly arranged an Uber for me to get me back home and in 4 minutes I was on my way. He followed up with a phone call just after I arrived back home about the status of the install, letting me know it would be done earlier than promised...around 2pm. At 2pm, he arranged an Uber back to Honda and also sent a text letting me know I was ready to go. Very efficient service...not often found in the business. I arrived back at Halton Honda and kindly greeted by him again. I am usually indifferent about how I am treated at the counter, but I feel Daine went above and beyond and treated me like a true friend or guest. I'll be back to Halton Honda! Thank you J W

I scheduled an appointment for oil change at 5:15 pm. At 6:30 pm I went to see if it was completed. I looked in service lane and my car was still sitting there. I asked to speak to manager, he never came to talk to me. Finally at 7:10 pm they took my car in for oil change. Received my car at 7:40 pm. 2 and a half hours to do an oil change plus leaving work early to make there last appointment time ( there words) will never recommend or go to Scarborough Mazda again. #xxxx service all the way from Manager to service tech, disgusting!
