I have always received outstanding services from Kingscross Hyundai Service Department. My most recent visit was the last of the seven 2000 km oil consumption testing for my sta fe which was having an oil burning issue. It was the first time I have met Jasmine Wang as my service advisor. I was hoping for the regular advisor who are familiar with my case. After the testing was done she reviewed my vehicle service history and immediately knew the next step was to submit all the reports and documents to Hyundai. I thought she was new and was actually surprised by her knowledge and professionalism in handling my case. After 3 days she called me to mention that Hyundai has approved the engine replacement. I brought the car in at 3:30pm on the scheduled day and was surprised to get a call from her the next morning saying the engine replacement is done and the car can be picked up. I was really impressed by the quick turn around time of this particular service. This can only happen with Jasmine's dedication and.commitment to her job. Kudos to Kingcross Hyundai specially to Jasmine.

I scheduled an appointment for oil change at 5:15 pm. At 6:30 pm I went to see if it was completed. I looked in service lane and my car was still sitting there. I asked to speak to manager, he never came to talk to me. Finally at 7:10 pm they took my car in for oil change. Received my car at 7:40 pm. 2 and a half hours to do an oil change plus leaving work early to make there last appointment time ( there words) will never recommend or go to Scarborough Mazda again. #xxxx service all the way from Manager to service tech, disgusting!

I have had excellent service Auto Lune Toyota . My car was bought in Kingston, Ontario and while other local Niagara dealerships were reluctant to service our two Toyotas,Auto Line has been excellent. I usually book through a service advisor because the only disappointment is the call centre who don’t seem to be able to book what I need. My most recent problem was with our RAV4, it was a problem with the infotainment system. I got an appointment within two days and it was fixed in two hours. Excellent service.
