I moved our business to Pfaff Subaru because of the abysmally poor service that I was getting from my previous service provider. My 24 Solterra came in for annoying small problems and these were not fixed either by the original service provider or your tech during my first visit, no code or something, but on the next visit your service foreman listened to the alarm sounds and determined that the PDI, which I had a signed as completed copy, had not been done, he did the necessary and it has worked superbly ever since.
However I brought my car in for its 16,000 service and was greeted by a message “Service Required” or similar when I picked up the car. This was promptly dealt with but that should not have passed inspection or whatever you do internally to ensure that all the work has been completed.
I have brought my son’s Subaru to you because of the hope that you would do things better, but I hope there will be no repeats of work not completed or not checked.
