Could not be happier with the service. Well it was pricey but service anywhere is and new vehicles are way pricier so gotta keep this truck going…. Main thing is problem fixed properly and promptly. I had a coolant leak that another dealership looked at twice and could not diagnose. I brought here and they identified the issue in like an hour,, recommended the fix as well as a few other things ( clean injectors and front brake work) . I said yes to all, got my truck back - runs better and no leak and brakes better. I’ve had issues here in past ( but mechanical repairs are not all simple), but I do see they are trying - at least on service side. So I will be back Thanks guys Mike

I have recently had such a bad experience with that service center. They did not identify a real problem. Parts were delivered with a big delay. After "service" the car was unsafe but they assured me that it was. I was also charged for the shuttle service to the full without my consent. However, I must admit that during all my previous visits I was satisfied with their work - perhaps, the team was changed or something happened with the customer quality monitoring

Work is completed professionally and at a fair cost. I would, and have, recommended this company to my friends and family and anyone who wants a fair deal. I want to give 0 if I can. The manager of the service department is horrible, very rude and not helpful. Don’t bother ask anything, he gets very frustrated and annoyed with simple questions. I’ve never had such a bad experience with any other place. Take your car somewhere else and save yourself the headaches.

In April we took car in for cooling system recall. Last week we realized the air conditioner did not work. Took car to our own mechanic and found only 3 ounces of fluid in tank. Pressure tested tank and no leaks. Should have been 36 ounces. Cost me $180 for their mistake. Donna Lankin

We purchase our first Toyota vehicle which was a Corolla in 2004 from another Toyota dealer. After our first service at Hogewoning Toyota (now Brantford Toyota), we found the customer service so great, we have since purchased 3 vehicles from Brantford Toyota. We've always had exceptional service from sales dept and continue to have exceptional service from service dept. Thank you to Shannon, Caleb and Matt in service dept. You are always kind and polite. You take the time to listen to us and explain things. You rock.

We had our Jetta towed in as the ignition would not turn with the key. We tried several things they suggested over the phone and nothing worked, so we had it towed in. they were very busy and told us so, so as we did not get our hopes up for a quick repair. They did on two occasions call and let us know that it was still not in the shop and hope to do so the next day. The next day they called and said they were still busy and it would be fixed by Saturday. And early Saturday, we got a call the it was ready. It needed a new steering column lock. The only thing, I dropped my wife off to pick it up and as I was driving away I noticed what appeared to be soap on the bottom part of the driver's door. I got out of my vehicle and looked at it and it was a pretty deep gouge that was not there before. The service tech came out to look at is and could not figure it out, as they do a circle check when a vehicle is brought in. The Service Manager took a look and said that the techs are all told to report any damage done to a customer's car. No report came in. But the next week, a the tech who serviced our care stated that his host was serviced the week prior and it appears that a pin was not put in it's proper location and that is what probably caused the gouge. The Service Consultant, Javier Ventura, stated that the Dealership would have it repaired the following week, apologized and said we would get a loner as they would need the car for two days for the repairs. We also dealt with Cam and over all, they treated us as a good customer and we appreciate that and would recommend this Dealership to others see how they did all they did. Thank you. Mike Golden

I would give 0 if I could. Each time I go for service I ask what my bill would be BEFORE they start. Then I end up with a bill several hundred dollars higher than what was quoted. Today the bill was just under $1000 when I just went in for a regular oil change. They recommended some items and I said no it is too expensive. In the end I agreed to the oil change and one other service that they said would be around $250. In total the bill should have not been more than $400-500. It was more than double. This has never happened with any of my previous cars at any other dealership.

I took my 2017 F150 in to Brock Ford dealer to à oil change and then I asked Anna one of the service advisers to check on air conditioning. She have the truck for about one hour and she gave the bad news your compressor is toast. My wife drove to pick up the truck and left me in the dealership Anna without a second though put me in one of cars .She said take the car and I will phone you when I am finished with the truck. A little tale about the integrity of this shop. In short, AMAZING!!! My husband and I were driving from Mississauga home to NS last summer. We had car trouble on the hwy. This was at approximately 1 pm on a Saturday LONG WEEKEND. Folks, they could have easily turned us away, three other shops already had. Instead they called in the Calvary to help us. The one mechanic left in the shop dropped what he was doing, the service manager came back to the shop from the golf course and the owner greeted us with open arms. It was all very unexpected, over whelming and stressful. In short our vehicle was undrivable and would not get us home. After a few moments of internal panic, a plan was hatched and we were back on the road within a couple of hours in a loaner, asking ourselves what just happened. The generosity of this team brought a sense of thankfulness and hope. Or vacation had not gone as expected due to some personal bad news and this set back almost did me in. This Hyundai team knew none of this. Their act of kindness saved us and we can never repay how much it meant to us, except to say THANKYOU💙💜💙💜. Your biggest fans in Nova Scotia!!!

They know the cars very well and have looked after my family and me very well. The service advisors know their cars very well and parts are usually here the next day. BMW has quite a parts warehouse somewhere in Mississauga

I went to Budds looking to purchase my first Range Rover. They had one I liked but was told it sold next day before I could do my diligence. The sales person said don't worry I'll find you one. Never heard back from sales and I found and bought somewhere else. So not a good score for sales. My new preowned had a warning light and still being under warranty I looked for the dealer with best recommendations in my area, it was Budds. I was impressed with the Service department and give full stars to Lissa and Troy who helped to get a sensor replaced at no charge under warranty, after ordering the part and a 2nd visit the next week. Car was also cleaned as part of the service, and seems fine now. Free is obviously pleasing!

My review is 0/4 stars for car servicing and customer care. I dealt with Robbie the manager. The Budd's Subaru service dealership is miss-leading, not warranty honouring, and price gauging. I brought my 2024 crosstrek in for repair under warranty (the car is a year old). And was told the damage was not a manufacture's defect, and that I had to pay full cost. After check with other mechanics, I learned the dealership was also doubling the cost for repairs. Not warranty honouring, and disappointing customer service. Do not buy or service your vehicle at Budd's Subaru!

I recently bought a used vehicle from Busters. The worst customer service I ever experienced. I purchased the vehicle in June and have been back 6 times for repairs. Not once did anyone reach out and apologize for the total inconvenience this has caused me. I practically begged for an apologize last time I called. From purchasing the vehicle (not ready when promised, 7 days later) to all the problems I'm having now I have not been compensated for any of my time. I believe that since I am a woman and bought used MY business is not important to them. I will Never recommend Bustard Chrysler Waterloo to anyone I know or ever purchase another vehicle from them.
