Stay away from this dealership and stay away from BMW. I came here for a recall on my airbags. They replace the driver side but the passenger side they said that there’s a splice they wanted to charge me $825. Blaming me for touching the passenger airbag. I never touched the airbag crooks. Nothing else.

Brought 2021 new Cadillac Escalade in for first oil... - Unhappy Customer

Brought 2021 new Cadillac Escalade in for first oil change. Service department said it would be 1.5 hours. I returned closer to 2 hrs later and car wasn't even touched. No phone call, no courtesy and when I asked for my car back, they just said sorry? No follow-up, no phone call, zero courtesy. I will not return to this dealership- ever. Period!

Recently took my 2014 CRV for service. I’m not one to write reviews, but I have to say the customer service I received from Matt ( One of their service advisors ) was far beyond what I have ever imagined. Initially going in, I was adamant, that I would never , ever, buy another Honda in my life!!! My experience with Honda in the past was not so good. This is my third Honda by the way! Matt’s professional disposition, along with his warm and welcoming personality, far surpassed my expectations! He was very knowledgable on the product, and bent over backwards to accommodate my situation. This gentleman deserves a HUGE pay raise! Thank you again Matt. And you will definitely see me again! Extended Warranty purchase and service - GD

A few years ago I purchased extended warranty for my new car, it seems that now that I need things done on my car that is covered by my warranty I get nothing but the run around. I have to constantly follow up and still 2 months after the initial process began I am still not hearing back from the dealership in a timely fashion. The service department at this dealership does not understand the true meaning of customer service and follow up that goes with that service. They do not follow up with the customer, I am always having to call them and there is always a lack of communication within their own department. I would definitely think twice before buying extended warranty from this dealership. Their service department really needs to get their act together. I have even left a message for the general manager and it seems he doesn't seem to care much either.

Heed my warning and DO NOT take your car for repairs at this location; unfortunately I used their services out of convenience which I now sincerely regret. I brought my Rav4 in for diagnostic and repair due to shuddering and an engine light. After $2300 in repairs the car was still in the same condition…had it towed back and was charged approximately $900 and you guessed it, it immediately began shuddering with an engine light upon return. The service manager Vinay Singh made no attempt to make amends for their inability to address the issues the car was brought in specifically to fix and to stand by their mission statement “to attract and attain customers with high-valued products and services and the most satisfying ownership experience” and has zero customer service skills. The car was brought to Toyota in Brampton whereby the tech immediately diagnosed it as a valve that required replacing and advised that it was an INCREDIBLY COMMON ISSUE that occurs quite frequently and is an easy fix. The car is running beautifully now. Shocked, disappointed and frustrated with Bolton Toyota. As they have no regard for customers and do not value loyalty they won’t care that I’ll be going elsewhere to purchase my new Highlander. Take the extra time and get your car repaired at a reputable Toyota dealership!!

Be careful of the service. They super inflate repair charges. While I can’t prove it I think they sabotage my engine in hopes I would return to get something serviced for a problem they probably caused. A local garage found the problem within 5 minutes. Whereas they told me to comeback if the code comes back.

The service department could absolutely use some intensive training on communication, professionalism, honesty and overall customer service. Extremely unprofessional behavior displayed by multiple employees in the service department during the almost month our vehicle was there. They had zero desire to look into an issue that was left unresolved upon picking up our vehicle. Brought it to another dealership and they found the issue immediately, and it was covered by warranty. The other dealership even questioned how Boyer didn't find the issue and the simple answer is: they did not want to even look. Not only did Boyer not care about our experience, but they also didn't care about the health and safety of our family. To say our experience at Boyer was a nightmare is an absolute understatement. Do yourself a favour and make the drive to a different dealership for your service needs.

Could not be happier with the service. Well it was pricey but service anywhere is and new vehicles are way pricier so gotta keep this truck going…. Main thing is problem fixed properly and promptly. I had a coolant leak that another dealership looked at twice and could not diagnose. I brought here and they identified the issue in like an hour,, recommended the fix as well as a few other things ( clean injectors and front brake work) . I said yes to all, got my truck back - runs better and no leak and brakes better. I’ve had issues here in past ( but mechanical repairs are not all simple), but I do see they are trying - at least on service side. So I will be back Thanks guys Mike

I have recently had such a bad experience with that service center. They did not identify a real problem. Parts were delivered with a big delay. After "service" the car was unsafe but they assured me that it was. I was also charged for the shuttle service to the full without my consent. However, I must admit that during all my previous visits I was satisfied with their work - perhaps, the team was changed or something happened with the customer quality monitoring

I want to give 0 if I can. The manager of the service department is horrible, very rude and not helpful. Don’t bother ask anything, he gets very frustrated and annoyed with simple questions. I've tried on 3 occasions to get a call back from their service department ...... crickets. Getting nowhere I tried 3 times to get assistance from the KIA Canada website. Again ...... more crickets! They obviously know how to turn customer service into an oxymoron.

We had our Jetta towed in as the ignition would not turn with the key. We tried several things they suggested over the phone and nothing worked, so we had it towed in. they were very busy and told us so, so as we did not get our hopes up for a quick repair. They did on two occasions call and let us know that it was still not in the shop and hope to do so the next day. The next day they called and said they were still busy and it would be fixed by Saturday. And early Saturday, we got a call the it was ready. It needed a new steering column lock. The only thing, I dropped my wife off to pick it up and as I was driving away I noticed what appeared to be soap on the bottom part of the driver's door. I got out of my vehicle and looked at it and it was a pretty deep gouge that was not there before. The service tech came out to look at is and could not figure it out, as they do a circle check when a vehicle is brought in. The Service Manager took a look and said that the techs are all told to report any damage done to a customer's car. No report came in. But the next week, a the tech who serviced our care stated that his host was serviced the week prior and it appears that a pin was not put in it's proper location and that is what probably caused the gouge. The Service Consultant, Javier Ventura, stated that the Dealership would have it repaired the following week, apologized and said we would get a loner as they would need the car for two days for the repairs. We also dealt with Cam and over all, they treated us as a good customer and we appreciate that and would recommend this Dealership to others see how they did all they did. Thank you. Mike Golden
