Wow David you posted a review on Nov 11 and I went through the same and bit worse experience today. Their staff at front desk is rude and complete unattending. We were told few mins wait and we asked to be called that we are looking at cars in your parking lot. We came back and she said I looked everywhere I couldn't find you so we gave your sport to someone else so please wait.
Gave us a Sales person ( Brittney) worst experience ever. Not at all welcoming. Regardless discussed options and left with the info to be provided to us on Saturday. Come Monday I asked but no info and then tue she came back after my abrupt email to her if she really wanna sell the car and gave me the options and asked her to move forward asap. They called three times to the manager and her to confirm, no reply and then an out of context email that car was sold on sat evening only we are trying to find something else.
This dealership thinks they are above god or something so I'll make sure I don't send a single person to this dealership. Completely unprofessional and worst service ever!!

so i bought three vehicles from this dealership 80 thousand dollars to 125 grand to bought one leased when I dropped of lease car jag all was well all bills paid there is your new car 4 months later got a bill for 600 bucks and change called how can this be basically told to eat the bill not nice people do not do business here id rather drive a piece of junk than do any further dealings with theses people

Bought new vehicle at metro west... I have been trying to schedule a service appointment for over 1 month. Either you get no return call or there schedule and make you feel like issues are non existent. I have never been treated like a second class citizen as they have treated me. Indicated vehicle would take time to review...indicated dictated I would need to rent vehicle..so they proceeded to contact enterprise across street... gave me a no working a/c shut box. I guess I don't look like white collar you give me one of there own vehicles. WAS planning on getting the new Discovery....Yeah not there not ever again.

I have bought a very expensive car from this dealership and have had the worst experience as far as dealerships go. The customer service was terrible, including the general manager. I was sold a defective $50 000 car! The paint started to chip, I have pictures/e-mails and yet the issue has still not been resolved. I have filed my complaint on OMVIC nd they have admitted to selling me a repainted car. Wouled not recommend!!!!
