Seriously, the people at this dealership are absolutely wonderful. Sometimes, it's hard for women to find a car dealership that treats them with respect and honesty. All the staff here do just that and I highly recommend Murray GM for anyone who wants professionalism, courtesy and great deals. They listen to the customer and do everything in their power to make and keep their customers happy. We have bought three new vehicles from this dealership in the past 7 years and will continue to take our business to them. Glen Rafuse is our salesman and we trust him completely. Troy and Donnie in the service department are devoted to their customers and it shows! We are more than happy with the friendly folks at Murray GM!!!

I was ripped off at this dealership. I needed a new remote for my car, they charged me 165.00 each for two remotes. I went to a dealer in Halifax and was charged 25.00

I owned a GM vehicle from a Pontiac dealership which GM closed. I had to take my vehicle to MacIntyre for warranty work. The service was the worst I ever experienced. Repairs were not done properly, car was not in until hours after appointment time, and some staff were very rude. I sold my GM vehicle rather than deal with MacIntyre and went to another automaker. There staff are friendly, work done on time and done properly. Today If went back to MacIntyre to have a check done on a friend's Pontiac; he cannot drive at present because of a medical issue. The appointment was at 8:30, I was there at 8:15, had the car processed and told it would take 1.5 hours. I went back at 10:00 and was told the car was not in yet. I mentioned that my appointment was for 8:30. I was told by the rude service person that I could take my car and go if I was that impatient. I will never buy another GM vehicle as long as this is the only GM dealership in the area.
Terrible experience - Naname
Bought and 80 thousand dollar truck and because I put aftermarket wheels and tires on it they wouldn't cover the ball joint, shock or control arm that smashed off it when I hit a pot hole. Had to deal with a horrible person, I believe Dave foley was his name and he wasn't the least bit helpful at all and pretty much told me tough luck that my brand new truck with 27k on it wasn't covered under warranty. I will never be going back to this dealership again and I hope this review deters anyone from giving them any business in the future.

This is THE WORST Car dealership that I have ever dealt with. I bought a brand new car and they scratched it in a few places before I even picked it up. They "tried" to fix it and made it worse. The owner Les Barker is THE most unprofessional person that I have ever dealt with. I would never, ever recommend this place to anyone.
