Made appointment to have Fuel & Oil Filter changed, checked to make sure they had the Oil I used in my diesel truck (delvac 5w-40 synthetic) was told they had Mobil 5w-40 which I was ok with but they put "Canadian Tire Motomaster 15w-40 semi synthetic" in my truck....not acceptable! It took them 2-1/2 hours to do the work and when I finally got my truck back they hadn't reset the Fuel & Oil Filter life monitors. Service manager didn't know there was such thing as 5w-40 synthetic oil?
Maybe I should be looking to. buy a Ford next time around!

I was ripped off at this dealership. I needed a new remote for my car, they charged me 165.00 each for two remotes. I went to a dealer in Halifax and was charged 25.00

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation in their express service department and it took over 3 HOURS! I had called a few days before to make an appointment and they recommended i just use the express service, so i decided to give it a try. Well i sure wouldn't go here for any service anytime! They don't even come and tell you its gonna take a while, they just let you sit there forever and when you ask they are just like well it should be ready soon!!!
Terrible experience - Naname
Bought and 80 thousand dollar truck and because I put aftermarket wheels and tires on it they wouldn't cover the ball joint, shock or control arm that smashed off it when I hit a pot hole. Had to deal with a horrible person, I believe Dave foley was his name and he wasn't the least bit helpful at all and pretty much told me tough luck that my brand new truck with 27k on it wasn't covered under warranty. I will never be going back to this dealership again and I hope this review deters anyone from giving them any business in the future.

This is THE WORST Car dealership that I have ever dealt with. I bought a brand new car and they scratched it in a few places before I even picked it up. They "tried" to fix it and made it worse. The owner Les Barker is THE most unprofessional person that I have ever dealt with. I would never, ever recommend this place to anyone.
