I wish to express my appreciation and offer sincere thanks to those that had worked on my truck today. The direction and attention to detail for a problem that I had with my truck was dealt with fast and below my anticipated budget expectation. To have the problem removed and at a lower cost would be good reasons for posting this, but most important was the manner that Clark personnel had dealt with an out of province customer. I would give them a zero if i could. Bought a used car from them with them telling us that we will have no problem bringing the car into the states. They said they do it all the time. But they mislead us. After we got the car I found out at the border that we couldn't bring it over. I went back to the dealership after only owning the car for a month and they said they wouldn't take the car back. They then tried to get me in to trading up to a car that would cross over. Acting as they where helping us out. But really they were trying to make more money off of us because they know we where backed into a corner. They would barely work with us on the price would not to help us out. Based on the numbers they gave me they where basically trying to get us to pay for both cars and making money off of the hard situation they helped get us into. The used car manager would not even talk to me on the phone. I understand they are a business and they need to make money. I respect that, but the customers are the ones who buy their products but they clearly do not care about the customer and only care about making the most money they can. A lot of people told me they where not a good dealership and I should of listened.

I purchased a used car. Immediately multiple issues came to light. Some of these issues were definitely known to the dealership and conveniently covered up/unacknowledged at the time of sale/purchase. One issue was covered under warranty. All other issues were left for me to repair/pay for/deal with. In their words when asked about a specific issue: "I don't know what you're going to do about that, but what else?" I am left with a definite distrust of this dealership as they certainly had no interest in looking after me once I had signed on the dotted line. Out of sight, out of mind must be their motto. I am left with a car I paid to repair and which may have many more issues to come up.
Staff are neat and polite. On all other counts that concern me as the purchaser, I would issue 0 stars.
