My wife ran over a screw which flattened the tire and drove it about 200ft to the nearest parking lot when she called the road side assistance to change the spare. We brought the vehicle to the dealership thinking maybe they might have some sympathy and possible fix it for free. We were totally wrong. They said the tire was totally finished and would have to buy a new one at $400. Not knowing what to do, we told them ok. They said it would take about 1/2hr at the dealership. We arrived to have it fixed and wanted to take a look at the 'destroyed' tire. They said it would take about 1 and 1/2 hrs to fix the car!!! To note: we were there with our 21 mth old. It took them 1 hr to find the old tire and the damage on the inside looked very suspicious (very even wear for a tire to be flopping around on the rim for just 200ft.) After an hour they have the new tire on the rim, my daughter's starting to get tired and screaming, they come out and say the rim is warped and they're going to have to send it out for repair for an extra charge on top of the $400. When we talked to them the day before we had asked if everything else was ok, and specifically if the rim was damaged and they said everything was fine we just had to buy the new tire. We asked to talk to the service manager who was very arrogant saying we think your getting a good deal on this one tire for $400. My wife, holding my baby, whose already upset about paying $400 for the tire on her two week old vehicle, gets into an argument with the service manager, during which she says "Are you guys trying to 'mess' me around". She never swears, alone in front of our child. The service manager stops talking right there, saying there's no need to talk like that, then says take your old tire, tells the guy at one of the servicing pods to remove the new tire off our rim and give the rim back to us and tells us to leave. We were not rude at all, just upset, at now having to pay close to $500 in repairs for a flat tire! We took our tire/rim and left. We will refuse to go back to that dealership for anything and will take our service needs to another dealership on the other side of town. In the end, we found another dodge dealership who installed the new tire for $314 taxes in, and finally there was nothing wrong with the rim. This dealership even apologized for their behavior and mentioned that we were not the first ones to complain about Winnipeg Dodge.
Absolutely no people/service skills at the Winnipeg Dodge service center. And after talking with a few other people at work, they have had themselves/ or known people that say the same thing. I wish I had of known this before buying the Journey there.

The sales people are pushy, the sales manager is useless and the GM is awful! they will be nice to con you into a deal but the second you sign your name on an offer paper they will change the payment amounts and interest and not let you back out, even though they tell you before hand you can and even though you haven't received a sale contract, loan document or even vehicle safety OR the vehicle!! Don't get me started on the GM who is the most unprofessional person. He asked for my boyfriends number to "set him straight" Because we were mad that they are forcing a vehicle on me. PLEASE save yourself the hassle and don't even walk onto the lot cause you will regret it. Not even worthy of 1 star.
