I had a 2014 Honda Civic that I loved. But was feeling very unsafe and nervous on the highways with snow or night time driving. I Needed a vehicle that I would feel safer in when traveling. Went to Zender Ford to inquire about trading my car in on a SUV. I had in mind that a Edge would suit my lifestyle and comfort level. Christian Davey was amazing to deal with and made my decision very easy. His top priority was that I felt safe with driving with my children. I no longer have anxiety about driving the the dark and I totally feel safe when I'm driving with my kids. I would refer anyone to Zender Ford. Just because Chritian made my decision very easy!

During a warranty repair, some damage had been done to my vehicle by the tech. The damage wasn't noticed until I got home. I was worried about the response from the dealer when I went back, however, they apologized immensely and said they would make it right. I was even invited back while it was apart to make sure everything was ok. Great job Gary and team in the body shop. Owning mistakes is often where businesses fall apart.

Got 1st qoutes to get work done. When I went in to get work done I was given a 2nd qoutes for more work. Not impressed. Will never go back.
UNSAFE VEHICLE - unhappy1
Sold me a vehicle with certified GM. tires, brought back later and they charged me 72 dollars told me the tires were needing replacement , (belts broken, separation etc.) These apparently passed their safety for Manitoba. After purchasing 3 vehicles in the past 3 years there is no royal treatment. Poor dealer support and customer care.
Transmission oil flush and a winterize for truck - veron
I paid for a Transmission oil flush and a winterize on my 2010 chev silverado LTZ. The gave me a bill for $541.26. This was on November 4, 2016. Soon as I got my vehicle back there was no heat. They did not put radiator coolant in the radiator and reservoir. I took my truck back for them to top it up. Which they should of done in the first place. Then on Jan. 26, 2017 I took my truck to Prince Albert to the Great Canadian Oil change for an oil change. Here they tell me that my truck requires a Transmission service. I thought they were pulling my leg. Either they were lying to me or Murray GM did not do the Transmission oil flush. I took my vehicle to get a second opinion from another dealer and they said there was no transmission oil flush and my transmission oil is dirty. So now, I take back my vehicle to Murray Gm and they want me to pay them again for another transmission oil flush! These guys are big ripoffs. DO NOT TAKE YOUR Vehicles there. Warning you. They burned me numerous times.

The service at Ledingham is like stepping back to the 1950's. They will bend over backwards to help you. We live in Winnipeg, and they will come and pick up our vehicle and leave a loaner when service is needed.(even an oil change and replacing a few lights!). I can not say how nice it is to be treated that way.

I took my vehicle in for an inspection/diagnosis and first off dealt with Debbie which was hard to endure. Than later got to deal with Bob Stoesz which was good. Got charged 400-500 for taking a cover plate off and diagnosis but they could not diagnose after all, so I didn't want to spend more. Was told that if I would have the work done there I would have that amount taken off the bill. I didn't fix it but bought a new vehicle from them. I thought out of goodwill they would take it off of that bill but they didn't. I didn't mention it to them either. When I came with my trailer to load up my troubled vehicle, it was very slick out and need just a little help - 3 of the shop techs walked by within the half hour I spent loading it without offering to help. Although GM helped me out, West Park didn't. The one gal I was impressed with was the reception/cashier. She was super helpful/friendly. Not listed below.
