I had a 2014 Honda Civic that I loved. But was feeling very unsafe and nervous on the highways with snow or night time driving. I Needed a vehicle that I would feel safer in when traveling. Went to Zender Ford to inquire about trading my car in on a SUV. I had in mind that a Edge would suit my lifestyle and comfort level. Christian Davey was amazing to deal with and made my decision very easy. His top priority was that I felt safe with driving with my children. I no longer have anxiety about driving the the dark and I totally feel safe when I'm driving with my kids. I would refer anyone to Zender Ford. Just because Chritian made my decision very easy!

During a warranty repair, some damage had been done to my vehicle by the tech. The damage wasn't noticed until I got home. I was worried about the response from the dealer when I went back, however, they apologized immensely and said they would make it right. I was even invited back while it was apart to make sure everything was ok. Great job Gary and team in the body shop. Owning mistakes is often where businesses fall apart.

The sales staff and Finance Manager are fantastic, they went the extra mile for us on our purchase. They took the anxiety out of a big purchase and worked quite hard at getting us the best deal and best bank rate possible. This is our first time dealing with Birchwood, and we will certainly continue. Out of 3 new vehicle purchases over the last 8 years, they were the only dealer we were happy with upon completion of sale. Thank You Birchwood!

Not too long ago I took car in for service and had to spend a couple hours in their showroom as I couldn't get a courtesy car. Never told them ahead of time that I would need one, so my bad. But then they tell me it needs more work & they need to order in the part. Ok, order part, book appointment. Oh and I'm gonna need a courtesy car when I bring it back in. At the end of the day, they refuse to set me up with a courtesy car, cause you know, you can't just give someone a courtesy car so they don't have to spend hours in the showroom. News flash, forcing me to sit in your showroom ain't gonna get me to buy a car from you. Long story short, went elsewhere and was handed the key to a 2017 Malibu to drive while mine was being repaired. I will check in a couple weeks to see if this is still here, as I put same up recently and it disappeared from here. I don't see any bad reviews here, and only two good ones. Makes me say hmmm......

I took my vehicle in for an inspection/diagnosis and first off dealt with Debbie which was hard to endure. Than later got to deal with Bob Stoesz which was good. Got charged 400-500 for taking a cover plate off and diagnosis but they could not diagnose after all, so I didn't want to spend more. Was told that if I would have the work done there I would have that amount taken off the bill. I didn't fix it but bought a new vehicle from them. I thought out of goodwill they would take it off of that bill but they didn't. I didn't mention it to them either. When I came with my trailer to load up my troubled vehicle, it was very slick out and need just a little help - 3 of the shop techs walked by within the half hour I spent loading it without offering to help. Although GM helped me out, West Park didn't. The one gal I was impressed with was the reception/cashier. She was super helpful/friendly. Not listed below.

Sold me a vehicle with certified GM. tires, brought back later and they charged me 72 dollars told me the tires were needing replacement , (belts broken, separation etc.) These apparently passed their safety for Manitoba. After purchasing 3 vehicles in the past 3 years there is no royal treatment. Poor dealer support and customer care.

Gave me 25$ gas voucher after I asked that they fill the tank which was not even a quarter full. Was not impressed. Will not give business too again.

The service at Ledingham is like stepping back to the 1950's. They will bend over backwards to help you. We live in Winnipeg, and they will come and pick up our vehicle and leave a loaner when service is needed.(even an oil change and replacing a few lights!). I can not say how nice it is to be treated that way.
