Cadillac SRX is totally amazing - Robert S
A great experience buying my Cadillac from McNaught,. From salesman Bobby Launderville who really understood what I wanted and hit a homerun with all the features I wanted, he is very knowledgeable. Bobby explained all the features and showed me how to navigate the CUE system and showed how all the bells and whistles work on the Cadillac SRX Premium and believe me....this Cadillac has all the bells and whistles. Bobby also set up my phone through Bluetooth and set me up with OnStar and XM radio. .Also Financial specialist Wayne Kohler came up with an extended warranty based on my needs and made signing all the paperwork a pleasant experience. Great vehicle + great service + great people = Happy customer.....I would highly recommend McNaught for your new or used vehicle.
Very enjoyable experience - Lindsey
I had a 2014 Honda Civic that I loved. But was feeling very unsafe and nervous on the highways with snow or night time driving. I Needed a vehicle that I would feel safer in when traveling. Went to Zender Ford to inquire about trading my car in on a SUV. I had in mind that a Edge would suit my lifestyle and comfort level. Christian Davey was amazing to deal with and made my decision very easy. His top priority was that I felt safe with driving with my children. I no longer have anxiety about driving the the dark and I totally feel safe when I'm driving with my kids. I would refer anyone to Zender Ford. Just because Chritian made my decision very easy!

My family and I have purchased 7 -8 vehicles at Gauthier Cadillac over the years each time they have over and beyond their duties to make sure any issues were corrected and made right!! It's great to walk in and automatically your recognized and addressed by your first name. It's not only a business relationship but a great friendship has formed because of it . Mutual Respect!!
Thank You , Brian Terin

Salesmen Lied Before Purchase Of Vehicle - TurnerCTS
In 2016 I purchased a Cadillac CTS from salesmen Murray at Murray Chevrolet. I drive from Winnipeg to Brandon, a day and night there and back with my girlfriend to bring back the vehicle that I set out to purchase.
When reading the advertisement online the vehicle was stated to be in great condition.
The vehicle has been good since I purchased it. I did research before buying his vehicle, it is the # 4 of # 10 top choice of midsize luxury sedans.
What I wasn't told, was that there was clear coat paint peeling on the front bumper and the hood. Significant peeling on the front bumper. Which concentrated me, this is a 6 year old vehicle. I have seen older vehicles with their paint intact.
After inspecting the vehicle from head to toe I mentioned to Murray that there were paint defects. He assured me that it was a PAINT PROTECTION FILM. A film overtop of the clear coat, paint and primer that protects the paint to extend the lifetime of the paint on the vehicle. What I figured out after the purchase was that it was actually the CLEARCOAT peeling off of the bumper, hood and fenders of the vehicle. A costly repair and not a pretty sight on an expensive Cadillac.
I had some work done to the vehicle, to extend the lifetime of the vehicle and take good care of it at a local autobody shop. I mentioned the paint defects and the professional assured me that it was in fact the clearcoat peeling.
When I mentioned this to the dealership and the salesmen they offered to pay a few hundred towards the expensive bill. Something that I feel they should cover since I was not informed of the defect and actually lied to at the time of purchase.
Did I mention that I paid the full sticker price for the vehicle?
Unsatisfied. I will find a solution to this problem whether or not it inconviences them, as they have inconvienienced me.
Under new ownership and they sure have turned things around - Kipperwc
Went in, was told that they were under new ownership and boy was I surprised. Second time visiting, (First time bought a used vehicle for the wife) and saw a complete turn around. Great customer service! Will definitely come back when needed
UNSAFE VEHICLE - unhappy1
Sold me a vehicle with certified GM. tires, brought back later and they charged me 72 dollars told me the tires were needing replacement , (belts broken, separation etc.) These apparently passed their safety for Manitoba. After purchasing 3 vehicles in the past 3 years there is no royal treatment. Poor dealer support and customer care.
Class Service - luvchunk
The service at Ledingham is like stepping back to the 1950's. They will bend over backwards to help you. We live in Winnipeg, and they will come and pick up our vehicle and leave a loaner when service is needed.(even an oil change and replacing a few lights!). I can not say how nice it is to be treated that way.
Not sure... - Mr Steak
I took my vehicle in for an inspection/diagnosis and first off dealt with Debbie which was hard to endure. Than later got to deal with Bob Stoesz which was good. Got charged 400-500 for taking a cover plate off and diagnosis but they could not diagnose after all, so I didn't want to spend more. Was told that if I would have the work done there I would have that amount taken off the bill. I didn't fix it but bought a new vehicle from them. I thought out of goodwill they would take it off of that bill but they didn't. I didn't mention it to them either. When I came with my trailer to load up my troubled vehicle, it was very slick out and need just a little help - 3 of the shop techs walked by within the half hour I spent loading it without offering to help. Although GM helped me out, West Park didn't. The one gal I was impressed with was the reception/cashier. She was super helpful/friendly. Not listed below.
