sold me a void warranty This dealership sold me a used vehicle with warranty that was void. I brought my vehicle in to the dealership in Kenora because the clear coat was pee This dealership sold me a used vehicle with warranty that was void. I brought my vehicle in to the dealership in Kenora because the clear coat was peeling and was informed that the vehicle had been painted since the factory. I had no idea that this happened, and why would the dealership sell me something that was void? I was very confused and thought Ledingham could clear this up in a second because why would they rip me off like that. But nope they agreed that oh jeez it does look like its been painted before and the warranty is no good because of that. Then I thought oh well since they sold it to me like that that they would go good for it. But nope they said they'd only pay half. I'm sorry but I bought my vehicle because it had warranty left. I need warranty because I can't afford xxxx like this. Thanks for ripping me off Ledingham. More

Unnecesary parts I have been a longtime customer of Ledingham GM, I used to get a ll my vehicles serviced there, until now. The trouble started when my cabin filter ap I have been a longtime customer of Ledingham GM, I used to get a ll my vehicles serviced there, until now. The trouble started when my cabin filter apparently needed to be changed 4 screws (which they had out already) and $22.10 labour I had it changed, fast forward 3 months in again for an oil change and out comes the grease xxxxxx claiming it is time to change the cabin filter!!! I asked if he checked the records with a dumb look on his face said no. I watched him repeatedly come into the waiting area with cabin and air filters in his hands claiming they need to be changed. IMO it is a an upsale that the service consultant sees a commission on. More

Class Service The service at Ledingham is like stepping back to the 1950's. They will bend over backwards to help you. We live in Winnipeg, and they will come and pick up our vehicle and leave a loaner when service is needed.(even an oil change and replacing a few lights!). I can not say how nice it is to be treated that way. More
