Poor communication, poor quality of work. - timinbiz
Poor communication, poor quality of work. They do not value your business.
Left my car at Parkers for warranty work. While there someone hit my car. Myron at front end Service assured me I'd be looked after and not to worry. I fully trusted them. Waited two and a half months before I became impatient and called to inquire. Kel the Service Manager told me they were having difficulty tracking down the person who hit my car. Do dealerships not have insurance. Also they did not report it to ICBC. During the two and a half months my car sat there. Both the main and auxiliary batteries went dead. Neither was able to hold a charge. Not only that but the body work performed was totally inadequate. Misaligned fender, gaps and parts sticking out. What dealership would advise a customer to come get their car as it was all ready to go.
Bottom line do not trust these people with your vehicle for any lengthy stays. Many more words I could use to describe their tactics. Disgusting, deceitful.
