We kind of have a mixed review. - Unhappy Equinox 2

We kind of have a mixed review. When we bought our Equinox, Michelle was our salesperson and she's the best hands down. Where do I start, first itt wasn't detailed as I pulled cheerios from under back seat, then b4 we even left with vehicle it read 2 tire sensors not working. Guys told Michelle, yes fixed. But nope not true as we had to have them replaced when we had to have. 4 new tires put on as I guess the ones on were wrong size. Then worst part the paint began to peel in sporadic spots on front of vehicle and one strange spot on driver's door. Well when we were in shop today , we found out car had been painted b4 and to have fixed WE would have to pay !! The n we asked for trade in value and were quoted over 8000 less then cost with new tires. It was a 2018 equinox and I mean even if we were offered a trade for another 2018 would have made us some happier. We have bought. 6 vehicles here, but not again. BUT I DO MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND MICHELLE AS YOUR SALES LADY TO DEAL WITH. Very unfortunate as it felt like they were trying to hold us responsible for the wrong doings.

I had a shifting problem on my 2022 Silverado. They took the unit in right away and had it repaired. The guys in the service department are very helpful,professional and pleasant. The updates from them throughout the day was excellent. When I went to pick the truck up it was all washed. I am very impressed with this dealership and their staff
