They worked on both my needs and my wants and got me approved. They got me what I “wanted”, which is a four wheel drive 2017 Ford Fusion. Amazing!! Thea is a very genuine finance department representative. She listens to everything you say and responds with passion. In our world today, it is hard to find people who want to listen to you. I can’t say enough good things about Thea. She loves to help People with their situations. Curtis, the sales representative, put me at ease and provided me with so many good options to choose from. He puts no pressure on you. I truly appreciate that. Last but not least is Bobby (another sales rep). He was there for my delivery. He is very knowledgeable plus he has extensive experience working in different departments within the dealership. He doesn’t hesitate to help you at all. The sales rep (wish I could remember his name!) was patient, very helpful right down to getting plates for me. Since then has been 6 years of service. They have always been friendly, efficient and the car always ready for pickup on time. I did have a concern with service performed recently, so I got in touch with Jeff via email and phone. He took the car back to review the problem - and made it right. No excuses, no arguments - they just made it right and made a customer VERY happy! An amazing team Jeff has there, I was blown away. With almost 40 years of driving I have never come across a service team like this before. So ya, no hesitation in recommending Woodridge!! More
