Very disapointing based on the other reviews read here My wife and I, are looking to replace our Chrysler 300 with a new SUV and have test driven a number of the available models of various makes. We saw some Sorrento's and Rondo's advertised and decided to include these before making a decision. There being no Kia dealer near us, we looked up this site and read many of the comments posted here and decided to come. As whatever we decide on will be driven primarily by my wife, I wanted her to test this one to see if we should include it on our list and asked her to stop by the next time in Winnipeg. On July 8th, she did stop in and looked at some sitting in the lot, when no one approached her to see if they could help, she went inside where again, no one approached her or asked if they could assist although there were people who appeared to work here sitting around the showroom. After about being ignored 10 minutes or so, she left. Can't speak to the quality of the vehicle or service department obliviously, but first impressions are lasting and our next vehicle won't be coming from here. This makes me wonder, are these reviews written by actual customers or by someone who lies on the internet like the Captain says on the hotel commercial?commercial More

Additional costs I went to purchase a used vehicle I had seen advertised on Kijiji. The salesman, Vic was very nice and we discussed the price and I had told him I had I went to purchase a used vehicle I had seen advertised on Kijiji. The salesman, Vic was very nice and we discussed the price and I had told him I had $15,000 to spend and no more. The vehicle was listed for $13,987 and with taxes it would be $15,805. He had me take it for a test drive and I told him I liked it and would pay the extra $805. He took it to his manager and when he came back the cost had climbed to $17,300. He could not explain what the extra costs were other than there were additional dealer costs and I would have to talk to the manager. What a game these dealers still play? How stupid do they think people are? I jusy got up and left! More

Welcoming! I came into Kia because they contacted me. I was offered to do a Trade for my Kia Forte Koupe as they saw it was coming in for service. I was offered to do a trade with a kia soul that was just brought in. I spoke with the sales representative Doug that I paid my car off in full and would only do a trade for trade. Everyone met my needs and understood what I wanted and what I didn't. Sofia was very welcoming when we sat down to go over the financial stuff. Sofia was very friendly and really took her time to find me the right warranty that worked for me and my lifestyle ( how much I drive) I was very impressed how she didn't rush or try to push me into paying for something I didn't want to pay for.
