Service I would not recommend Whitby Honda to anybody looking for automotive service. I booked an appt to get front brakes replaced. After waiting an hour and I would not recommend Whitby Honda to anybody looking for automotive service. I booked an appt to get front brakes replaced. After waiting an hour and a half and having the front brakes taken apart, I was informed that they were out of stock. How do you not make sure the stock is available when the appt was booked almost a week in advance. No apologies, just a $43 inspection charge, and no brake work done. Never again will I go there or recommend them to anyone! More

Picked up the day we wanted it, walked us through what was important, set up the phone with a quick visit to the service center to take care of the tires for storage. All in all, for our first Honda experience, legendary. About the car, what sold us on it was the CVT transmission, best out in the market, the same as my Outback and knowing that our gas mileage is simply awesome...first tank of gas, 8.3L/100km, on our 2nd one and we are at 8.1L/100km...combined city and hwy. On our trip to Peterborough, 6.9L/100km at 10km over the speed limit...what else can a car owner ask for, a great vehicle with great gas efficiency. More
