I was provided details of the latest in the Honda Civic family and a test drive. The comfortable, non-pressured environment made it easy to proceed with the purchase of the car. The Financial Manager Awais Ahmed provided a a detailed breakdown as to options for warranties and financing. Again, I was impressed by the professionalism and friendly approach. So at the end of, would I return to Honda West for future car requirements? My answer is an unreserved yes. More

His listening skills, professionalism and warmth gave us confidence that he could answer our questions and guide us in the right direction to satisfy complex needs regarding care of grandchildren and love of extensive road trips. Our beloved Toyota Avalon was totalled by an inattentive driver, our insurance co. gave us a rental for only a limited amount of time, and we were stuck paying for a rental for a further 6 weeks while we waited the delivery of our Pilot Touring. Syed treated us like his parents, assuring us he would get some compensation for our commitment and loyal wait. He was as good as his word and was a great teacher during test driving and "in servicing" us on our wonderful high tech vehicle. We enjoyed dealing with Matt Baillie as well and never felt we were being pressured so spend more than we were prepared to. Advice was thoughtful, realistic, and in our best interests all round. We certainly look forward to visiting this dealership for our servicing and recommend it unreservedly. More

Right from the get go he was knowledgeable about the vehicles, calm in a way not to rush us and helped us make the decision on what size vehicle would best suit our needs. Also very accommodating to set us up for test drives the next day, make time to have our vehicle appraised for trade in. We picked up our new vehicle today and Jim took the time to go through the whole vehicle again in detail to make sure we were comfortable and then when we left he reminded us not to hesitate to give him a call should we have any further questions and we really "believe" and feel that we could. We will definitely be servicing our CRV at Honda West and referring our family and friends to Jim Sarantis at Honda West. Thanks Jim. More

5 star experience We were interested in buying a CRV or HRV, so we actually started off at Village Honda, which is closer to our home. After an underwhelming experience We were interested in buying a CRV or HRV, so we actually started off at Village Honda, which is closer to our home. After an underwhelming experience there, we thought we'd try another Honda dealership. SO glad that we did! We were greeted by a salesperson, Darrin, within 5 minutes of arriving. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about this ins and out of both SUVs. He gave us the pros and cons of each, and didn't pressure us to buy the more expensive CRV. He then gave us a side by side comparison of both cars outside, explaining all their features in the LX and EX editions. We narrowed it down to the CRV-LX and the HRV-EX. We took the CRV out for a test drive. The automatic HRV-EX was out with another customer, so we weren't able to drive it, but he showed us all its special features on a Fit. He even went to see if one of his colleagues, who owns a HRV-EX, was at work, so that we could have a look inside. In the end, we decided on the HRV-EX. Darrin made the price negotiation the least awkward possible and we were very happy with our final price. We then met Awais to go over the financial details. He was great! He spent a bunch of time with us on the phone the next day too, answering all our questions, until we figured out the best option for us. All in all, this was honestly one of the best and easiest purchasing experiences ever. Fantastic environment, friendly people, no pressure. More
