Wes is the best! My truck broke down, and I had the one day to find a car, get approved and finalize the deal. When I walked in Wes was the first person to acknowledge me, I told him what I was looking for, he showed me what I wanted, we took it for a test drive, but they didn't have the color I wanted in the model, so he found one for me! Unfortunately it would take a day to get it to Westwood, but within that day, they also got the tint, under spray, paint sealant and fabric and leather treatment done! When i picked up the car I was so happy! Thanks Wes and thanks to everyone else that made getting my car a breeze. Take care More

Fantastic service Jamie was great from the start. I called in to get some information and he offered to text me, which I really appreciated with my busy schedule. He replied to all my questions promptly and thoroughly. No other dealership I called was willing to do that. In person, I dealt with both Jaime and Dan, who were both very personable and good listeners. Even after our purchase, Dan did his best to call other dealerships to see if he could get us our vehicle asap. When we came back to pick up our vehicle, Jaime was caring and accommodating. Throughout the process, I never got the feeling from him that he was ever trying to pressure me into a sale. I would absolutely recommend him and Dan if you're looking for a Honda vehicle. More

Waste of my time ! Today I went to this dealership, to look at purchasing a vehicle. I was very interested in one, and sat with the salesmen and sales manager. They joked around alot to ease me into the process but when it came down to business, it was an absolute joke. Trying to tell me that there was no room to negotiate on a used vehicle is absolutely ridiculous. We all know that there is always negotiation. BECAUSE I AM A WOMAN, DOES NOT MEAN THAT I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW CAR SALES WORK AND HOW THEY MAKE THEIR MONEY. I did alot of research prior to visiting this dealership and I perfectly know that used cars is where they make the most money. I did not appreciate them saying that the price is the price and adding that they are well known for Best Price Guarantee. I was made to believe that Honda WAS MUCH BETTER THAN THIS. This is nothing more than greed. More
