Exceptional Service - Amazing Team I have been dealing with the Service Team at Westwood Honda for about 6 years now. As an owner of two Honda vehicles I have come to know the staff wel I have been dealing with the Service Team at Westwood Honda for about 6 years now. As an owner of two Honda vehicles I have come to know the staff well. I am always impressed with their high level of service, quality work, and trusted advice. Their dedication to their customer experience was highlighted one late Friday evening. I was leaving work and noticed a warning indicator light on my dashboard. I pulled over to read my vehicle manual and realized that the indication was in reference to the tire pressure. I was only a couple of blocks from Westwood Honda so I thought I would pull in and see if anyone could assist. As I mentioned it was a very late Friday evening and unfortunately the Service Team had wrapped up for the night. Just as I was about to leave, Matt, the Assistant Service Manager came out. I explained the situation and right away Matt was on it. He checked each tire and and made the necessary air pressure adjustments. I knew he was probably on his way out the door, and yet he was incredible professional, polite, and extremely helpful.
