I've bought a toyota corolla used hybrid 2020 model which was CERTIFIED PRE OWNED , my advisor was HANNAH GALLARD on may 2023 not sure if this person still working there or not but the whole dealership is co was CERTIFIED PRE OWNED , my advisor was HANNAH GALLARD on may 2023 not sure if this person still working there or not but the whole dealership is corrupted , despite I paid over 35000$ for used 3 years old base corolla hybrid ( you can get 2024 corolla hybrid for 32000!!!! insane) also car came with tons of issue which the main one was brake pedal glitchy noise which I took back my car over many times to them for fix the glitchy noise but every time they insisted there is no noise 😂 until I record the video you can see down below and noise is obvious unless someone doesn’t really want to hear and again they did nothing but play with me and acting like a movie actors they consider customers as idiots ( the service advisor person that you need to stay away from is : his name is ROBERT )!! )plus they charged me 5000$ for extended warranty, worst dealership in whole canada, they scam you as much as they are able to do so, hopefully before my warranty finished I took my car to another Toyota dealership and they changed the whole part with no cost. stay away from this dealership at all cost. Do not trust anything they tell you! Wow, I have never dealt with a more dishonest and deceitful group of people! Last month we came from out of town to purchase a 2018 Ford F150 with about 55,000kms. Before coming we asked lots of questions and were happy enough with the answers. We asked about the safety and service and warranty. We were told that the truck was recently serviced, had a full safety in the shop, and that it came with a 30 day warranty that covered “everything”. WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TRUSTED THEM, and should have asked for all this explicitly written out, signed and dated by more than one person. I’m apparently too trusting of a human and I did not do this. We showed up to test drive and found that the passenger mirror wouldn’t adjust, no big deal though does tell me that perhaps the safety wasn’t that through. They did get that fixed before we purchased it. Fast-forward a week or two, and we start noticing a very severe rattle on startup, we contact the sales person that we have been dealing with to let them know that we’re having issues and then they were gonna need to be resolved. We got radio silence, then we got empty promises and then we got told we need talk to a manager. We call the manager, send videos of the issue. They seem like they are going to cover the issue but always use vague language like “ we will deal with it” or “we will come up with something that makes us both happy”, when I asked them direct questions. I never get a direct answer. The manager then showed the video to the shop and apparently the shop indicated that it was a major job worth probably close to $2000. From there, the manager got even less helpful and tried to tell us that we had signed paperwork, indicating that the “warranty” only covered 10% of service and parts. We thoroughly look through all the paperwork that we have, and not a single piece of paper indicates anything to that effect. We contact the manager he says that we did sign it and send it to us. We confirm he has the right email and then wait for it, we still have nothing and I only told that “it’s coming”. 4 days later we still do not have it (probably because we didn’t sign it and it doesn’t exist) they are still not coming forward to fix the issue and are now actively avoiding our phone calls when we call. Today we brought our truck to our local shop and they informed us that there is no way that the oil change was done recently and that it looks like the truck has not been serviced more than 2 or 3 times in the 55,000 kms, that the filter is completely gummed up and that they recommend we return the truck if we can. We contacted the dealer to tell them about the report and once again radio silence, we suggest that we split the cost of the repair, again radio silence. So we appear to be getting nowhere and will probably have to pursue small claims court to get them to hold up their end of the bargain. AVOID! GO ANYWHERE ELSE! DON’T BELIEVE THEM! DON’T TRUST THEM! This young man knows his vehicles and was very polite, and demonstrated no pressure. His interest lay in finding us the vehicles we wanted. Desmond the financial guy similarly showed no pressure to upsell the usual things like paint and fabric protection, etc. We did purchase the extended warranty and undercoating package but we had decided on these while deciding to purchase a new vehicle and prior to visiting the dealership. Felix was a great help in driving us to the back to arrange a draft. We found the people we dealt with at the dealership to be friendly and accommodating, and knowledgeable about Toyota vehicles, All-in-all, a very satisfactory transaction. I would recommend Westminster Toyota without reservation. More
Bad sales rep Tanya Teja. Dishonest, low effort. Take your business somewhere else. The lack of professionalism from sales was laughable. Dishonest, low effort. Take your business somewhere else. The lack of professionalism from sales was laughable. More

Lance was able to answer all my questions with out having to go look things up. He really knows the Tundra and I learned a lot about the truck that I did not know. Lance stayed in contact with me and in a quarter of the time that the other dealers suggested my truck was ready to pick up. The trade in price for my truck was what I had estimated and within 2 hours I was out the door in my new Tundra. Thank you Lance and Westminster Toyota for the great experience. More
DISHONEST, UPSELLING and GREED! If I read through the reviews here first, I wouldn't have been eagerly jumping into an agent promises. Things change in my work, travelling and us If I read through the reviews here first, I wouldn't have been eagerly jumping into an agent promises. Things change in my work, travelling and usage for my everyday commute, I own a highly sought after Toyota truck and I decide to shift my desire to a much fuel efficient vehicle. With the supply and demand in the back of my mind, I tried my luck sending emails to quite a few dealership around metro Vancouver and hope one or two of them might be delivering a good news for me. there comes this gentlemen name Mr. Gerald Adrian Lu (Sales Advisor) getting back to my email as saying he might have what I'm looking for. He mention that he has a RAV4 XSE Prime (mid grade) that someone had ordered from a year and half ago but ghosting them and he be glad to show it to me if I'm interested. Went in their same day Saturday. Test drive the XSE Prime, discussed a few things and was told to bring in the my truck ( I was driving my wife's car at that time since my son uses my truck to work on that weekend) on Monday since the crew that evaluates for trade ins will not be available on Sunday but he'll call me on tomorrow to confirm our Monday meeting with my truck. Sunday past, I received no calls (should be a red flag at that pt) so Monday morning arrives and I texted him asking what happed to him , why he did not call me on Sunday? After the usual excuse, He said the white coloured rav4 that was being shown to me was sold already. To my dismay, I showed a surprised look as I thought you called me in for that availability. But he showed me another inventory, another Rav4 prime (with the same scenario like previous scenario) with tech package which will cost me $5k+ more. I kept my open mind, test drived the xse tech pkg. and after that we had a discussion but to my surprised, I felt I was being upsell to a ceramic coating worth $3000 plus. he said the previous people who ordered it had it requested it to be ceramic coated before delivery. Ok? I said now I'm the next buyer inline and I don't want to spend that ceramic coating plus it's not like they already made the coating. When I test drive it, it was still wrapped in their white plastic from transport. Then he says they're unable to approved my proposed trade in value that I want. Fine? I will pay for it in cash. Then the rep started saying 'ok, I will let you know if the original person who order this is still interested in their order'. So I said all for awhile I'm basically dealing with you on a non existing vehicle. Then he goes 'well' as a courtesy, we need to make sure that the original person deserve a chance to get hold of the vehicle he ordered'. I agree but don't you think you should do that assignment first before luring a customer to your dealership twice for nothing? (I believe this is just a escape goat for them, after I turn around or go home they can easily say the original owner reached out to them and want it so they can sell it to another customer who really wants the vehicle without minding the upselling they are forcing to a prospect buyer). You made me come twice to your location that is not near to us. He said sorry that was the policy and if I wanna pursue to get a prime, leave a deposit with him and he'll see what he can do about it. I said after the experience I encounter here, I be gladly putting my downpayment somewhere else. They didn't realized by making a fool of themselves on a single customer ruins a huge potentials for future customers recommendation. Another point here is, does all this negativity towards this dealership reaches the top or higher management or corporate ppl? Do they care? If Im the owner of this dealership, I be having a closer look at the GM who manages his subordinates. Please be aware, If so happen your friend or relatives need a Toyota? PLEASE stay away from this dealership! Not all bad reviews are bad. They HELP! I would not definitely do or recommend doing business with them! Thank you! More
