Bought new dodge van, and used ford that had been traded in. Sales staff was great to deal with, returned to take delivery of vehicles without issue. Two days later, had problem with one key for new van, dropped into dealer without appointment, replaced and reprogrammed key while we waited. Would highly recommend dealer and sales rep, Marina.

It was obvious to me that the staff here wanted to get me into the vehicle that i wanted and negotiage fairly right from the start. My experience at this dealership (and i've been to alot) was top notch! Friendly, knowledgeable and far beyond what i expected. I dealt with Brent and he took great care in helping me. I could not put my finger on why until the end; this is a family owned dealership, it's a big difference. The pride they take in their place, work and customers is what made my experience memorable and i believe this was why. You WILL NOT find a better dealership for your next vehicle, period. From the first moment we walked in we were treated like someone special from everyone, never felt pressured or rushed at any point. We were given the time to make the right decision that worked for us with our circumstances. both Brent and Andrew were available at any point for questions that arose and to help us through the little bumps from the bank. They both went above any beyond from start to finish to get us the vehicle we wanted. We will gladly buy all our future cars from them and will most definetly recommend them to all our friends and family.

We were shopping around for a new vehicle and getting very frustrated that none of the competitors (Kia, Hyundai, Honda and even other Chrysler dealerships) would finance us due to "post Consumer Proposal". We applied online through WellingtonMotors.ca because it said they help people get into vehicles, good credit or bad. We were so excited when Andrew called to tell us that we had some financing options available! He helped us get into our NEW 2013 Dodge Journey RT and we couldn't be happier! All the staff at Wellington Motors we very welcoming and non judgemental. We have found a dealership that we will buy ALL future vehicles from!
