Poor Customer Service Had an issue with a 2014 Ram that died completely while driving. Roadside Assistance suggested I to w it to Waverley Dodge as it was the closest deale Had an issue with a 2014 Ram that died completely while driving. Roadside Assistance suggested I to w it to Waverley Dodge as it was the closest dealer and all service could be done there. Once there they ran a code reader on it and couldn't fully diagnose the problem. They suggested it could be related to a remote start module installed in the vehicle at original dealer but to investigate further they would charge me for the labour. I called my original dealer and they said they would look at the truck and figure it out. Told Waverley to not proceed with service. When I picked up the truck they gave me a $160 bill for the code read and a no diagnosis. They suggested I have my original dealer cover their bill. It seems my biggest problem was having it towed there in the first place. Terrible customer service More

2014 T&C transmission noisy, in for repair two times Pat and Gerry were very accommodating but that did not solve the issue. Noise worse then before I brought it in the first time. Still under warranty but Chrysler seems unwilling to let the dealership properly repair it and eliminate the constant noise, which after awhile is VERY IRRITATING.
