Misguiding people I called them to set up an appointment to see my car making noise while driving highway. They said they will do the drive test and set up an appointment based on the problem with car and I can go any time for it when they are open. I told them to leave my car with them so that they can check it. But they said no, I do not need to leave my car with them. When I went there, it is totally different story and they said that they do not do that without appointment. They said I need to leave my car and they do not have arrangement to drop me home. Every people has value of time. They are wasting customer's time by misguiding. More
