Andrew discussed with me on the phone the age, model, kilometers of the car I hoped to buy and within two weeks he alerted me to a C40 which had come in on trade in. I came to test drive the car and was pleased at the condition of the car. At this point Andrew arranged for the service department to diagnose the work needed to bring the car up to standard, I agreed to having them do the work, they arranged transfer of ownership for me (with the MTO) and a few days later I was able to pick up the car. I am very happy with the courteous atmosphere at Volvo Toronto and particularly Andrew Nguyen and would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Trade in and Purchase/Lease a New Volvo I responded to an invitation to a Volvo event for the 90 Series, and decide to have my 2015 V60 (which I had purchased with a loan) appraised. After 2 I responded to an invitation to a Volvo event for the 90 Series, and decide to have my 2015 V60 (which I had purchased with a loan) appraised. After 2 accidents in 3 years which were no fault, it was not great news regarding the value, it was actually shocking, but I understood why. Katelyn Frame was the Salesperson, and she completely grasped the why this news would be unsettling to say the least, and it left me with few options. Under the guidance of Ramil Madarang they came up with a solution to move me from my present situation and into a new lease. I was already to go with another V60 and had signed, however, after thinking on it for a couple of days, I realized that I needed to make a change in the model as well, and this is where Edit Omar (who recognized earlier that I seemed unsettled with the process, she is amazing) and Cornel Cohen were most understanding and did their best to find a V60 Cross Country, which they did, and it is a great choice they made.. Katelyn took over again and it was seamless. Thank you. More

They tell you in advance if you need to spend some money for the next time. Once, they lost my tires, they told me and replaced them by new ones. Today, Lee Potter asked me how things were going, I told him that I will have to spend $1,500.00 for repairs. He went to talk to Francis and he went back and told me that I will have a 15% off from the 1,500. It was great and I thank them very much for a nice service. Paolo Aranjuez came with the accessories and I paid the due where I was sitting. I am thinking of buying a new car, they make me feel guilty of thinking to buy another brand. The car manual is not very thorough at covering the different features. Despite this, we are happy with our new 2017Volvo V60 T5 AWD - SE and would recommend this dealership to others. More
