Coming to a dealership alone, to buy a car is already a nerve wrecking experience. Having to be taken advantage of like this by a salesman in a dealership for cars that focus all their marketing on women and safety is inexcusable; Having to be threatened by a GM to be taken to court for making noise, shows even more what kinda world we live in and how far we are from changing. #VolvoVilla boo ?? #VolvoCanada More
Professional and Timely I bought a used Volvo from a used car lot and it had a few issues. I had brought it to a local non Volvo mechanic who claimed they know how to repair I bought a used Volvo from a used car lot and it had a few issues. I had brought it to a local non Volvo mechanic who claimed they know how to repair Volvo's and charges cheaper hourly rates. Luckily, before I agreed to the repair I had gone to Volvo Villa and got them to diagnose the same issue and produce a quote as well. The initial diagnostic provided by the local mechanic was not correct to begin with and they wanted more labor hours for the same job compared to Volvo Villa (which would have ended up being more expensive). At Volvo Villa, they used their Volvo computer to diagnose the issue immediately and although their hourly rate is higher, they have a shorter repair time. My issue was repaired in a timely manner, as expected, and will be coming back for all my future maintenance and repairs. More
Worst service department ever!!!! Replaced one tv screen in my headrest. Paid almost $900. Immediately leaving the dealership it wasn't working so I went back and they changed. This time Joe Greco tells me it's a corroded wire and making up all these excuses. He explains I need to pay $125 plus labour. I explained I will only paying if the screen is 100% fixed. I am now waiting at the dealership for over 5 hours and I am told they can't get the screen to work and I will need to bring back the car because they need to order a new screen and they want me to leave my suv with them. I demanded a courtesy car as I have spent close to 10 hours at the dealer over this issue. I receive my invoice as my SUV was also getting a maintenance service and they added the $125. I explained to Joe it was obvious the issue is not the wire and therefore they replaced it without reason and therefore Im not paying. I argued my point and eventually the manager there removed it. I get home and email the dealership manager Joe Nash all the issues and how I was treated by Joe Greco. Joe merely sends an apology email. Not acceptable in my opinion, If you have a real issue with your vehicle, never bring it to Volvo Villa they will try and scam you and they don't know what they are doing. More
