The vehicle was not handling well on wet and icy road surfaces and required a change in tires due to the winter approaching and my service representative ensured that winter tires were installed during the service visit with out my having to make another appointment. Excellent Service Experience! I called the dealership and spoke to Murray in service regarding a washer fluid concern with my Civic. Due to the wet winter conditions, he recognized I called the dealership and spoke to Murray in service regarding a washer fluid concern with my Civic. Due to the wet winter conditions, he recognized the sense of urgency in getting my vehicle in and was knowledgeable in all aspects which I really appreciated. I was able to drop my vehicle off the very next day and within an hour, I received a call from Murray with a diagnosis and cost of repair. Not only was he able to fit me in without an appointment, he had my vehicle ready to go the same day. I am extremely grateful for the care and attention given by Murray and the parts department to get me back on the road as quick as possible. I would also like to thank the detail department for the surprise clean on my vehicle! That was very much appreciated as well. More
