Compre un Santa Fe 2024 el cual tiene muchas innovaciones pero el personal de todos los concesionarios están poco entrenados y su información y pericia es insuficiente Tengo la confianza por la marca ya qu pero el personal de todos los concesionarios están poco entrenados y su información y pericia es insuficiente Tengo la confianza por la marca ya que he tenido un Tucson desde 2017 pero este nuevo modelo en algunas cosas me ha decepcionado Cuando en la agencia intente con sus vendedores hacer funcionar el blue link que absurdamente es más complicado que el que ya tenia, no siendo posible opte por llamar por asistencia telefónica y esta conversación termino sin arreglar los problemas pero porque ya era muy larga y la asistenta tenía tiempo limitado para resolver los problemas Pueden creer eso? Así ocurrió! The manger Carlos J (I believe he had an initial after ‘Carlos’.man, I can’t express enough how he made me feel, very bad and as if I was wrong with going in with concerns. I was very embarrassed. He kept Looking around and showing on his face how annoyed he was with me and people near by could tell and kept looking at me. I walked out of there and didn’t know where to look. This wasn’t a small purchase. Even if it was,, Know one should feel that way and he shouldn’t do that to anybody else no matter what the concern. If he was a nice and good salesman, he would have at least offer me and present to me other options and I possibly have walked out of there with even a bigger purchase, who knows. But didn’t even try. but it was a very sad experience, dealing with him. More
